I am really happy with it, I had never tried an e-bike before and it's just perfect to go to work. Also top customer service

I had researched e-bikes for a long time and the Go Max Plus kept cropping up in the top 3, so I decided to take the plunge! I can say the service was great, the bike is better than expected, it does exactly what they say and it’s a good looker!

Next day delivery and the bike is great.
Throttle a waste of money though.

I purchased 2x E-Go bikes some time ago for our motorhome and to help my wife get around after her total knee replacement op.
They are incredible fun to get around on and give us a new lease of life as we are in our 60’s.
I gave a 5* review years ago, so why am I back on???
The after sales customer service over time has been incredible, not just courteous, efficient and ‘can do’ attitude but simply amazing!

My partner and I have electric mountain bikes which are great but I have recently changed car and they now no longer fit easily inside, we didn’t want the hassle off getting a tow bar fitted so we decided the best option for us is folding bikes. I found e-go after a lot of internet searching and after chatting with Glenn who was most helpful & answered all of my questions. I bought 2 e-go max bikes mainly for the increased battery size and weight limit. They arrived quickly and after some assembly fitting the mudguards and front light a quick charge they were ready to go my first impression is how sturdy they felt for a small looking bike. We took them to Cornwall for a week & they coped easily with all the hills & tracks we road. I would highly recommend these bikes & many thanks to Glenn for great customer service.

I had to return my first e-bike as it had a few issues a couple of months after purchase, (NOT an E-GO bike) and I was starting to feel overwhelmed by the choices so I took to the online chat for advice.
Katie was great and not pushy in any way towards any particular model, and I made my purchase along with a few added extras. The bike arrived really quickly the next day and I spent a careful couple of hours adding the mudguards, rear rack, pedals and a comfy seat. I need to cycle over some particularly bumpy terrain where I work! Glenn was patient and very helpful answering my barrage of questions via email and I am very grateful to him for that. I have used the bike for the first time today on my commute to work and it performed beautifully. The battery has held up both going to work and the return journey, where my previous bike would need charging whilst I was at work due to the three rather large hills I have to climb on the journey.
The only reason I have not given 5 stars is that the Lite only has one gear, yes I knew this when I bought it but my previous bike had 6 speed gears, even though it was cheaper. Also, I purchased a lock but sadly it's only a Sold Secure Bronze level (I couldn't find the information on the page and sadly made the wrong assumption and purchased it without asking first), my insurance requires a minimum of a Silver level so I need to find an alternative.
On the whole so far I am very happy with my purchase and the level of customer care I have received. I will certainly recommend both the bike and this company to anyone who asks me.

Have pondered long and hard before buying a e-bike and finally settled for the E-GO MAX. Ordered on the Jubilee Bank holiday weekend, confirmation email on the Monday having been dispatched and arrived on the Tuesday. Excellent!! Have used on my holiday this week staying by the Kennet and Avon Canal in my caravan. 30 miles covered and everything perfect!!!

Fast delivery and as expected. Have taken it for a few runs, and it is superb.

Excellent fast service, including a nice surprise added in (thanks again Glenn). Family business has prevented us getting any miles in just yet, apart from a short test ride, but the bikes seem to be very well put together, with minimal user assembly required. Many miles to be done next week, I'm sure, when we take them to Northumberland for their first proper test. So far I'm very impressed, and very happy.

Excellent service all round. I had several queries ahead of my purchase decision which were answered promptly. The bike arrived safely in good packaging. It had it first run out at the weekend 20km to put it through its paces and I pleased to sayI'm very pleased with my purchase.

Bought 2 x E-Go Max+ bikes after spending a very long time looking for the right bike online. I got caught up and generally confused with all the different options out there, folding, non folding, size, wheel size, motor size, etc, etc. I was a bit sceptical about buying an e bike without ever having tried one out.
Eventually I took the plunge and got 2x E-Go Max+. . . . . Wow!!! They are truly amazing. Great looking and a quality made product too. Followed up by great customer service with an instant response time.
I needn't have worried about the weight of the bike or the fat tyres and wheels either. . . .
I am 6ft, "middle aged" and 100kg. . . These have instantly put the fun back into cycling for me. I can ride it like a normal bike if I'm feeling fit or have pedal assist if I'm not but most importantly for me they have made going out on the bikes enjoyable again. It doesn't have to be about being "lazy" as a friend put it, I think he's just jealous :-) there's no more boring trips, we go further than before and if we want to we can get there quicker and enjoy every second. When we're done, they fold up and go in the back of our camper van and then off we go again. Best purchase and lifestyle change I've made in a long time!!!
If you're not sure weather to take the plunge. . . . then my advice is, just go for it!!!!

Well worth the 5 stars the advice by the staff was really helpful good communication through the transaction and the product is really well built with all the safety features required of a folding bike delivery was very speedy item well packed. Only problem mudguards a bit fiddly but kept me entertained for an hour or more. Would highly recommend

Great customer service. My bike arrived in the North of Scotland very quickly in spite of a bank holiday weekend.
Support to affix the rear mudgyard available even after 8.00 in the evening. Have only had my bike a couple of days but very happy with it.

Purchased e-go Max bundle, order placed on a Thursday and bikes delivered fully assembled the following Monday. Did online chat with Glenn at e-go who answered any questions I had, ordering was straightforward and I was updated with delivery status, even given a one hour time slot on expected delivery ETA.
After delivery one of bikes needed a couple of minor adjustments again online chat advice provided by Glenn soon sorted things out. Very pleased with the bikes and excellent service from Glenn and team at e-go.

It’s my second e-go so love the bike and the order came quickly and I really like the lighter version. But I wasn’t aware that I’d have to finish attaching the mudguards and lights etc so that was fiddly and took most of the morning.

Ordered an ex demo e-go bike via my works cycle scheme and it arrived next day! Had a play then did an 8mile bike ride that weekend and was fab!!! Easily got up a steep hill but then I fell off on the level - before my next trip out decided best read the manual properly and discovered it had cruise mode where you don't even have to pedal once you've got to a speed you wish to maintain (tested this on Blackpool prom - nice and flat!) totally love the bike and easy to fold once I'd watched uTube video. Brilliant bike so easy to use - just read manual and watch video then again properly just to be sure - saves getting covered in bruises 😂

Purchase of bike storage bags, and thumb throttles for our two E-Go max+ bikes. Excellent service as always from Glenn and the team, a pleasure doing more business with you.
