Recently had windows installed couldn't ask more high product all fitted in one day work men were professional polite and knew what they were doing . I would recommend this company everything.

Had a front door installed with dunraven,service was excellent,fitter was very professional,will have no problem recommending to friends and family

So the install was fine, no complaints but I've had 2 things go wrong with my conservatory door since then.

So the first time I called, I was told that some one would call me back, next day no one had called so called again, no one called back. Third time was the charm and someone came out and fixed the door.

2nd problem was worse, I can no longer lock my conservatory door. So I called and someone would call me back..no one called. 2 and time in called I advised that I couldn't lock my door. I was told to tie a dressing gown belt around the door to keep it "locked" over the weekend and that someone would be out monday. I called Monday to see when the repair man was coming out ..I was advised by Charlotte that she didn't know because the repair men make their own schedule...fair enough. I asked her if she could give him a call for AM or PM and the dog needs a walk. She refused..I went to tell her about the terrible customer service but she totally dismissed me. Which is why I'm on here now.

Extremely happy with Dunraven. Very policy and very professional. Cannot praise them enough for the work carried out. Had front and back doors fitted and the installation was quick and the guys cleaned up after themselves. Very happy with everything.

Had a new porch canopy fitted. Really pleased with it. Good workmanship. Having a new front door next year.

We had a tile roofed aluminium frame conservatory room fitted to replace a 25 year old upvc conservatory plus we also had 13 replacement windows including a bay window for the house and a new front door. Apart from a delayed start due to heavy rain and a couple of extra days added onto the end due, in the main to 3 hour travel time each way for the fitters, everything has been excellent.

All of the fitters worked very hard, took great care to keep us informed, keep things preserved and tidy and were great at making sure they checked with us that the finished job met our high expectations before leaving.

We were concerned ahead of the work due to low trust pilot ratings. In our own experience, we have no reason whatsoever to rate Dunraven low at all.

The only reason we have not given a 5 star rating is due to a conflict at the start where some items were missed by the sales rep and we were concerned by the strange 7 day cancellation process. However, the surveyor picked up the discrepancies at his visits and with slight adjustments we could proceed.

I’d also point out to potential customers that the stated 7 day cancellation period from signing the sales document is subject to the surveyors visit which in our case could not take place until 15 days after signing. The T’s & C’s should be discussed and agreed in writing by both parties that includes clear understanding of the surveyor part of the agreement. If full design agreement cannot be completed in the 7 day timeframe for whatever reason then make sure that the period to complete is captured when signing the sales documents.

Other than that everything and everyone was excellent.

Our friends and neighbours are now admiring the work. We have a draft-free warm and smart house which we are proud of.

We have everything in our house complete now, no other work is possible for Dunraven to do here, we hope that we don’t get phone calls about additional work!

I had a porch installed by Dunraven 7 years ago and recently (November 3025) the door latching system failed. I contacted Dunraven asking if they could fix it under the warranty. There was no quibble at all and an appointment was set for a technician to visit and fix the latch.

As the appointment was a couple of weeks out I was given the option of trying to fix it myself and instructions were provided. I followed these and managed to fix the door mechanism without any problems.

I wasn't obliged to do this and was told the appointment would stand until I confirmed success, or stated I'd prefer not to do it myself.

I liked this approach and was impressed by the helpful and efficient service.

I have no complaints with the standard of work, however, if you choose this company, be prepared for YEARS of telephone call harassment. Every single time they call, we are told we will be taken off the system, and then we get called again and again at any time of the day. Dunraven, if we ever have work done again, we would never choose you because of this.

I cannot praise Dunraven enough. From the Conveyancer, the Surveyor and office staff. But mainly the 2 installers George and Josh, who worked so efficiently and thoroughly. Both were very professional and friendly. They left everything perfectly clean and tidy. I couldn't fault them. They are both a credit to the company

I had a lovely bespoke blue composite door fitted last week , had a excellent service throughout the process , would definitely recommend as I've been happy with the job

We have used Dunraven several times over the last 3 years and are always very happy with the work. First we had a new Orangery roof and then have done all the windows on the house. Downstairs last year and upstairs this year and, as always, the quality and workmanship is top level. Would definitely recommend Dunraven to anybody looking to have work done.

We had a conservatory installed which we are really happy with. It is light and airy and very little rain noise heard. The roof has 2 large window panels . The installers were polite and industrious. They kept us in formed each step. We did have an issue with a door closure but it was sorted immediately. Will use this firm again

Dunraven were polite and clear throughout the process of choosing and arranging new windows. We were kept up to date at each step of the way and even called to arrange earlier fitting than originally expected.

We had doors installed at our property. They fit well and are working well. The team continuously kept in contact from the time of enquiry. There was a small issue when they were installing, but it was promptly sorted.

We have been using Dunraven for years and they always do a great job. The quality of the windows and doors and also the conservatory that we had fitted are top class. Just had three more windows fitted and, as always, we are very happy with the work and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again

I would highly recommend Dunraven Windows, they installed a replacement roof to my conservatory and the quality of the install was excellent.
All the fitters were quick, clean, extremely polite and very knowledgeable. The whole changeover only took three days and on completion the work area was left immaculate. I have had great after sales with follow up calls made to check on the install and any problems that have arisen.

Had a new front door. After dealing with another national company who were so pushy it verged on bullying it was lovely to deal with Dunraven. Professional at every step, the fitter was great and very tidy in his work. Love the new door which provides so much more light.

Just had front windows fitted by Dunraven. I couldn't be more pleased with the work. Very high quality windows and incredible workmanship. Fitter was tidy, polite and friendly. Would definitely recommend Dunraven to anybody looking to improve their home.
