In addition to having new windows we separately decided to replace our front door and surround. So this review is for the front door. We are very pleased, Gareth the salesman was really good, very professional, pleasant and helpful in our decision making. Tanya and Nicola in installation were very helpful as usual, good communication, accurate time lines and Andy who fitted the work was great , efficient,friendly and very tidy, no impact on the surrounding decor.

Today we had a new composite front door fitted. All communication was good and the fitters arrived on time and did and excellent job. This is the third time we have used Dunraven Windows and I would not hesitate to use them again.

I have used DUNRAVEN on three occasions over the years. They built my Conservatory, replaced windows and doors, and recently fitted a new solid roof to the conservatory. The service they provided has always been high quality. They are dependable and helpful in every aspect. There was always good communication with the office and the tradesmen. The work was regularly checked, and all items cleared away each day.
It has been a pleasure to have DUNRAVEN in my house.

Have spent over £60K with Dunraven for a rebuilt Conservatory, and new windows & doors all round the house. Some of the fitters are better than others, but I cannot say the work was poorly done in any instances. I would not have paid, if I'd been unhappy for any reason.
The last job we've just had done, was the replacement of our Front Door on Tuesday 21 October 2025.
The two fitters (Josh & George) were absolutely excellent. They turned up on time, removed the old door and frame. Fitted the new parts and left everything working perfectly. They were also very tidy workers. Nothing was too much trouble.
Overall, I would recommend DUNRAVEN for your windows and doors.

We have just had Dunraven complete the transformation of a patio decking into a lean to conservatory. We’re extremely pleased with the end product and use it every day. We did have a slight leak in the roof after the fitting, but that wasn’t an issue and the roof was repaired promptly and effectively. Workmen were all excellent contractors. The only downside was communication with the Dunraven office. The workmen obviously knew what was happening, but as customers sometimes difficult to get through to the office e.g: do we need to buy the tiles, or will you supply the chosen tiles?

The workmen were great, they clearly knew their job and couldn't have taken more care of our property as well as making sure that we were happy with what they were doing

The job was inspected and signed off by a manager before we were asked for final payment

We are delighted with the outcome and would recommend this company very highly

Dunraven did a great job, arrived on time and kept cleaning up through the three windows installation. Courteous installers who kindly interacted with my youngest when she asked all her questions. I’d recommend them.

We have just had our windows done and we couldnt be happier! Dunraven have made this a positive experience from start to finish. They are a friendly team who genuinely want to help and so professional, ensuring the end result was perfect. The fitters were fantastic, working quickly and they made sure the finish was perfect. The product itself is wonderful, a really solid design, they look fantastic and they make so much difference to retaining the room temperature and blocking out sound.

From start to finish the process of having a conservatory built went very smoothly without any hitches. Workmen arrived when I was told they would and completed the job in a very quick but efficient manner. Everything was tidied up at the end of the day and when the job had finished.
I was also very pleased with the price they quoted me. I would fully recommend Dunraven.

We have used Dunraven for a number of projects in our house now, the first being the replacement of our conservatory roof. Since then we have replaced windows and doors. Today they completed the final elements to our bay window. The new bay had slightly deeper projection than the original, requiring additional sealing and plasterwork beneath the canopy to ensure a neat, weatherproof finish and an addition wooden piece to the windowsill. Couldn't fault the work from all involved. All were polite, hard working, tidy and left my lounge clean. Would recommend to others looking to replace window, conservatory roof etc.

After completing the final payment we received a follow-up call later that evening to check how we felt about the work and personnel involved - which was great. However, it did feel a little too sales driven. With most of the house now completed we would have appreciated a little more time to enjoy the recent addition to our windows before being encouraged to consider further improvements, which aren't necessary at the moment.

Aside from the slightly pushy follow up we're genuinely pleased with the work Dunraven have done. The window looks great and the overall experience has been positive.

We had new windows installed and the whole process was amazing. Mike and Sam who installed the windows were efficient, professional and human. I can't thank them enough, it really was painless. The windows look great , Dunraven are the best. They are always very kind and curteous and have really great products.

I have just had my second house completely fitted out by Dunraven who yet again have done a brilliant job the reason I chose dunraven is due to the first time I used them they were great and the quality of the windows and doors are the best on the market, also the installers attention to detail was perfect. The only one thing they need to sort out is not to keep asking for payment before the job has been completed as it comes across as desperate and a struggling company and can be very frustrating. But that said they are still a five stars for me and will use them again in the future. Now on the 30/10/25 we had a sales man come around to quote for a new roof on our garage and french doors he measured up and gave me a price of £18000 i then told him the quotes that we have allready had this is where his attitude changed and actually said to me that if he knew that he would have not bothered to come out as i had wasted his time, so i said who actually tells a company what there quotes are as a sales person you have to try and better a price or just say sorry we cannot, and then say we do not specialise in this really as its windows we specialise in, he decided to argue with me in my home so i lost my temper and kicked him out of my house. I did say in my review that i have used them twice before and i would use them again but i will never use them again as he was a shocking Dunraven employee. 5 star for fitters and quality, customer service 3 starts and sales for this individual 0.

Mike came early this morn to replace front door window, what a lovely gentleman, just got on with the job, whilst talking with me. Didnt take long & very neat & tidy. Best worker i've ever had. Thank you v much Mike.x

We had a bespoke front door fitted to an archway and whole process from start to finish was quick ,efficient and the installation team was excellent. nothing was to much trouble. With the removal of the old doors and frame , tidying up was pain free. We ae delighted with the result . Thank you Wayne for all the hard work and the resulting new doors are excellent.

It started with a knock on the door, as i had seen others in the street with new doors , i decided to take the plunge with racing green in colour which I'm delighted with the choice as many have also complimented on it too service was great would definitely recommend

We had a fantastic experience with dunraven everything was done to a very high standard they cleaned up everything and were very friendly and polite from start to finish Gemma has been fantastic throughout making sure we were happy with everything and so polite on the phone, Brandon was lovely to come out and check we were happy with the work so far and I have to say we were so happy with the fitter michel Hopkin who was so polite everything was completed to such a high standard and he put us at ease through the work which was a large job everything was completed well within the timescale provided I would highly recommend dunraven again and would definitely use them again

We had two large bedroom windows replaced having recently had a new front door fitted which we were extremely pleased with.
The widows were fitted in a few hours for which we were pleasantly surprised as they were very large and there were only two workmen!. They were polite friendly and cleared up after completing the work. The windows are great making such a difference keeping the rooms quiet and warm. We are very pleased with the quality of the work and will go back to Dunraven when we need more replacements in the future.

Highly recommend Dunraven Windows! They upgraded our conservatory roof to a really high standard. The construction team were brilliant — always on time, friendly, and explained everything as
they went along.
Only small downside was getting a sales call on the second day asking if we wanted more work done, which felt a bit soon.
Overall though, we’re really pleased with the result and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
Gareth went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met and that the work was at a very high standard.
