I had 2 sets of French doors fitted last October. Both lead doors on each set have dropped and I cannot close them so I rang today. I am a pensioner living alone and they told me at first that the fitter would come Friday afternoon. That’s 3 nights with my house vulnerable and therefore meaning that I have to stay in. I argued and I was told someone would call tomorrow. So, no sleep for me tonight. No more business from me.

The quality of work is fabulous and the fitter just got on with the job leaving it all clean and tidy. We’ve used Dunraven before and would again !

The gentlemen that worked on my conservatory were polite and friendly. They worked fast and solved any issues that I had with the building. I am very pleased with the results and would recommend Dunraven windows to any one looking for a professional finish.

We would highly recommend Dunraven to everyone. We had a new roof put on our conservatory to make it into an “orangery” as well as some tweaks to the frame to improve it. We are very pleased with the result. The quality of the windows we had fitted are brilliant. Every person we dealt with was friendly, on time and efficient. We were kept up to date with the progress as it was happening and we would not hesitate to return to them in the future for anything else.

We recently had 9 windows supplied and installed by Dunraven, and the entire experience from start to finish was excellent. Every member of the team from the sales representative and installation adviser through to the installers themselves was professional, approachable, and genuinely helpful throughout the process.

Communication was clear at every stage, the installation was carried out efficiently and to a very high standard, and the team were respectful, friendly, and hardworking while installing. The quality and finish of the windows have completely transformed our home, and we are extremely pleased with the final result.

Overall, the service exceeded our expectations and we would not hesitate to recommend Dunraven to others or use them again in the future.

Dunraven have been lovely from the start. Everyone’s arrived on time. Everyone knew their stuff, salesman, surveyor and fitters. Fair price for the whole job and the part I like best is that it doesn’t have to be completed all at once. Upheaval can be room by room instead of complete household turmoil! And pay for each phase as it happens, rather than all at once- bonus! Would recommend.

Everything from start to finish was amazing. Every staff member I dealt with was friendly,polite, knowledgable and professional. All information was clear for me to make my choices. The composite front door and frame are excellent both in quality and aesthetically. I am very pleased with the product and would happily choose Dunraven again for any other products in the future.

First time customer and I’m already fed up with them.
They reused my old blown window seals in the replacement, and the door glass was the wrong colour and style. Can’t get anyone to take ownership of the problem and have called many times and been told they’re on break or will call me back, managing director will be notified, etc and still nothing.
But their after sales can arrange to be around the very next day to price up some new work, so it’s clear where their priorities lie. If you can’t even fix the current issues, don’t expect repeat business!!

Do not use this company. Had a door with them several years ago, since then the ring from different mobile numbers every few weeks and knocking the address. I have told them numerous times to stop and remove me from marketing list, they’ve confirmed this in email a couple of weeks ago and today get another knock from them. Told them I would report them to the ICO and trading standards.

Had all windows and doors installed in 2 days. Found experience to be very simple. Friendly sales team and excellent fitter who was professional and clearly very good at his job taking care to ensure everything was tidied up as he went along. Would recommend if you are looking for new windows that are good quality and efficiently fitted in a quick timeframe.

For larger purchases I like to wait a while before leaving a review but I'm happy to say I've had my new front door for 6 months now and it's just as good as the day it was fitted.
The quality of the door is excellent and so is the customer service. I can't fault the fitting either - the fitter arrived when he said he would, did a great job, cleaned up after and was on his way after a few hours.
Would recommend and would look to them for a quote if I ever needed anything else, windows for example.

Staff were friendly and professional. Job was clean and completed to a good standard. Very happy with the windows and doors. Expected more than one fitter for the big job.

We had all windows in our home and 2 doors done and could not be happier. It was a pleasant and smooth process from coming to measure to fitting. Clear communication throughout and everyone I spoke to was lovely.
My windows were done over 3 days, the fitters were friendly and tidy. They brought dust sheets and cleaned up after themselves, couldn’t be happier with the fitting.
The windows themselves and doors are just beautiful! I couldn’t recommend them enough. We will 100% be using dunraven for our facias in future and would definitely use them again for windows if we ever moved home!

Please go elsewhere! We had a front door fitted in December and have had endless problems with paint being chipped brickwork damaged plaster damaged and incorrect fitting.

Today we have had someone come out for the fourth time. They have replaced the chipped surrounds and the surrounds they put in are also chipped so we are back to Square one.

This fitter advised that the fitter who actually put the door in has done it incorrectly and the inside of the door has water in. I’ve been very reasonable and patient, but we are now getting on six months for a door that we paid in full for. It isn’t fit for purpose and the service is shocking

I’ve sent multiple emails and we’ve had 3 visits from fitters (all waste of time) I’ve sent my final legal letter to the director and copy via email with all images and are currently awaiting a response before we take legal action as my final step.

I had a conservatory fitted under 5 years ago and unfortunately one of the windows had blown. 3 weeks later and the window has been replaced and looks good as new.
Great after sales customer service. Thank you

This company is in my opinion is doing everything very well. From start to finish the whole experience was so well organised and all the tradesmen were hear on time everyday and seamlessly into the next step. I can't recommend them enough. Excellent.
