We have recently had new doors (and a couple of window glasses) replaced by Dunraven and are so happy with the results. The front door in particular looks stunning. The installation team (both window fitters and builders) who attended to carry out the work were to friendly and easy to have around, no issues at all. Ryan, Mark, Sam, Lee and Kean were all great, thank you. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend their work. A little annoying to be receiving marketing calls already, trying to get more business from us already but that's all.... no issues with the workmanship at all. Also couldn't believe how super tidy everywhere was after they left. Thanks.

I was very happy with the work carried out at the time, nearly 8 years ago.
Since then, I am receiving around 2 calls per month, always from a mobile, offering me discounts to use in the future.
Every phone call finishes with me telling Dunraven to remove us from ALL marketing, which never happens.
If Dunraven expect us to want to replace our conservatory, windows and doors every couple of years, it speaks volumes to their product….

Salesman took the time to talk through our requirements and offered solutions. Man who came to fit the door did a great job, really happy with it, great quality.

We have recently had a new composite front door supplied and fitted by Dunraven. The experience throughout was professional, friendly, and we were always kept up to date. When I had questions I could easily contact to discuss. The initial selection of the door and available options was thorough, with all options covered. The install went well, friendly and professional service, and they cleaned up afterwards. We are very happy with the end result, love the front door. Recommend for sure!

For the past few weeks i have left messages for Lloyd no response today asked for Wayne (he is in a meeting)
my request is simple bur cant talk to any one who can help in desperation got customer services who said "i will get some one to call you back today" we will see Update had a call from Wayne who said he will resolve looks promising but we will see tomorrow.

Got doorstepped by a salesperson and agreed to a quote which would be done by someone next time they're in the area.

Received a phone call less than an hour later and explained the job (yet again). The caller then asked personal questions unrelated to the job and was quite huffy about my (admittedly evasive lol) responses.

I then went and checked out the reviews in Trustpilot and Google. Wish I'd done that before letting them have my phone number.

Had a new door. Easy process to pick what we wanted, payment deferred untill it was fitted. Fitter was on time, tidy and a nice guy. All in all good service

From choosing the door and as our door / frame wasn't a standard fit to updates on the progress on completion I have to say the service was excellent.
The fitter did a great job ensuring we were happy with the fit and clear on the locking mechanism. I would recommend them,the service and the door quality were both 1st class.

Love my new front door, everyone involved was extremely friendly and helpful, the follow up was fab, you don't usually get people checking everything went well, it was refreshing, would highly recommend Dunraven

I’ve booked 2 jobs with dunraven recently, first job was great no complaints job was done promptly and the workman couldn’t have been nicer. Second job though there were some snags. Good quality work all in all but was told originally the job I booked would take 2 days, then when the surveyor arrived it changed to 3 days, which was fine only one extra day not a problem.

The whole job took 5 days all in all due to reasons like “van being surveyed and waiting for a new one” arriving late in the morning “we’ve been called to another job” and leaving at 13:30.

Got to the point where the final 2 workmen that arrived at day 4 had to do a lot more than they anticipated which caused more delay. All the workmen were very courteous and considerate but the lengthening of the job from 3 days to 5 was disappointing considering I payed £10,000 for that 2nd job.

The jobs I did want were done and it looks like high quality work, dunraven windows do send you through the post warranty so I just suggest people to take into consideration and thought at their options.

They also don’t hire painters so if you are thinking about hiring them for major work on your house take that into consideration.

I've read a lot of the one star reviews on Trustpilot about this company and they’re mostly complaining about harassment phoning previous customers trying to drum up business so I hope that doesn’t start happening to me.

We had Kerry fit our new front door and side window and what a brilliant job he did.
We would recommend Dunraven to anyone looking to have windows or doors fitted.
They have also replaced all our windows in the past and we haven't had any problems with them.
From start to finish the people we interacted with were polite and extremely helpful.

We had a new front door fitted. From start to finish quite smooth with a few delays but that was due to waiting on the glass. The fitters were very good and got the job done in no time leaving the area as clean as it was when they arrived. Only one gripe and that was we didn't want a letterbox as we already have one on the wall but when I came home the door had a letterbox but it's still a lovely door just means the postman will be spoilt for choice 😊

We had new French Doors fitted and the product, timeliness of installation and the installation itself was 5 star. We are very pleased and would definitely recommend Dunraven.

They fitted some windows for me. They were fitted quickly but properly. They do a good job.

The installer turned up on time and was very curtious ! The product is top quality product and the instalation was carried out quickly and to a satisfactory standard! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend dunravon to a friend etc

I had a replacement back door and patio doors. The work was carried out to a high standard, the house was left clean and tidy and the guys were very accommodating with my two dogs. The only slight niggle was they were late on the first day, other than that it was excellent service. If I needed any further work done, I would not hesitate to use them again.
