Dunraven were perfect from start to finish. Everything was organised around my working hours so I was there to discuss all options , after the door was fitted , a phone call to see if everything went ok and up to standard.
Will be definitely be using again.

both the anthracite upvc windows and aluminium Bi-fold are excellent products. The fitters ensure everything was perfect before the job was signed off. Would use Dunraven again.

Dunraven were very professional. I am pleased with the Splendor roof.
The site manager Ian was on hand for any concerns.
I would recommend this company and I have been assured that if there are any issues in the future to contact them and they will resolve it.

Dunraven have fitted a front door and side panel Good product and fitter was very pleasant
Slight problem with cracked plaster above door inside but they are coming out to fix it.
Already had the follow phone call again polite and booked to have quote on two windows.
It will now be May before the repairs are supposed to be done bit disappointed
Spent too much money on it

We were a little unsure of what to do with our aging conservatory. Even though the frame, doors and windows were in good condition, the polycarb roof was showing signs of deterioration with no real thermal efficiency. We had plans previously drawn up to replace it with an extension but budget prices were very high. Finally we decided to replace the conservatory roof with a life style thermally efficient tiled one from Dunravon who priced competitively. The build, despite very challenging weather has been excellent (albeit no work was carried out when raining). It has transformed our conservatory into a modern and energy efficient living space cost effectively. Very special thanks to:

Very smooth service from start to finish. Installers were polite and respectful. Good quality product

Good communication via phone and mail , no pushy sales tactics used . We didn’t have to wait long for the work to be done. Window fitters were friendly and took care to clean up after they had finished .
The new windows and doors look so good that I’ve asked Dunraven to come back and measure up for some more !

We had a front door fitted after we bought our property. The door was ready early but we had to stay with the original date. The guys that came were brilliant they did what they had to do in a timely manner.

I had the windows of two houses done and a conservatory replaced on one of the house the communication before during and after the job was excellent. The workmen doing the job were reliable friendly and cleaned up after the job was complete. I would recommend them and use them for future jobs

Every single one of them was incredibly reliable, friendly, and respectful of our home. One small thing that really sums the team up – even our dog absolutely loved them, which says a lot about how friendly and genuine everyone was to have around the house.

The final finish is beautiful and has completely transformed our home. We couldn’t be happier and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dunraven to anyone considering an extension or renovation.

Final finish is very good

I first used Dunraven to replace all my windows and doors which are excellent so they were a natural fit to build my Orangerie. All the staff were amazing, from the customer sales team to the fitters. The builder and fitters arrived on time and were professional despite unending rain making the fit harder. The plasterers and electrician were on site as soon as the frame was up. Throughout, they were all brilliant. Thank you

From start to finish it was a good experience. The intial sales person was professional and not pushy. Listened to what windows and doors we wanted and the surveyor was the same. The fitters arrived on time and cracked on with 3 days of fitting. No hanging around but just a hard working team. They were clean and tidy and considerate to us. They enabled us to stay warm by working around us. They cleared up all the old windows and any mess they had made. The finishing of the windows was 2nd to none. 12 windows and front and rear doors. All within a month of ordering. Highly recommend Dunraven.
