Fantastic service all round. From the salesman to the installers. Not the cheapest but the quality is first rate. Will definitely use them again and will not hesitate to recommend them to others.

We had a orangery installed in our property mid December 2025 (sorry for delay in review due to health).

After having suffered terrible experiences with rogue builders at our property in 2024 we were extremely nervous about commissioning new builders to complete further building works to our property.
From the very first visit from Dunraven sales team…. I felt they fully understood our past experience and anxiety…. They assured us that they would call again a year later (2025) once we recovered our finances from rogue traders.

We arranged a meeting with sales executive Ryan….(what a nice bloke)
After feeling reassured and not pressured we signed our agreement to start work on early December 2025.
We would like to thank the whole team involved for making our dream home come true.

Their windows and doors are great - robust and well built. The fitters are great and very accommodating. This is the second house now where we have had windows and doors with Dunraven and we are due to get an orangery built in September once we have agreed a price!
Sales and after sales are pushy but all you have to do is say no thanks. I find them easy to deal with in fairness.

Dunraven did an orangery for us. Very professional from start to finish. Kevin and Dai who did the groundwork were true specialists who took utmost care for neighbouring property. They were patient with the weather and did the job in style. The others who followed were excellent and fast in finishing assigned jobs. Gareth , the manager kept in touch frequently reviewing the works done. After everything finished, they took away all the rubbish.

Today my faith was restored in Dunraven..very happy with my Conservatory ..just had a few communication problems after fitting..mainly regarding snags..The problems have now been resolved ..Thank you to the 2 lads who did a professional job today..

Recently had a conservatory roof replaced for insulted panel’s and a new back door. excellent team from Dunraven. Good quality work, friendly and kept us updated on progress. Very happy with the outcome. Good value for money.

We have recently had a sunroom fitted by Dunraven. After seeing work at a neighbouring property we decided to take the plunge.
The salesman Anthony was very attentive and helpful. Initially we agreed to have the work done in the winter months and were told that once the build started it would take 6 to 8 weeks to complete due to potential weather situations. In spite of this the whole thing was completed in less than 4 weeks.
The work is to a high standard, all overseen by Gareth Lewis, whose attention to detail is second to none. A shout out to brick layer and ground works Richard tinney and Brad,
fitters Chris and Matt, Connor and Jaye , plasterers Chris and Adrian
sparks Ross and Lewis (and Jakob), carpenters Gareth and Paul and finally James and Harley and Harvey's brother who sorted out the externals at the end. Last of all Nigel who came to do the snagging, and give it a final polish.
Despite atrocious weather, cold and rain, and a gale the work was completed seamlessly and to a high standard. We cannot praise everybody involved enough.
Once the build started we felt completely in the loop about what was going to happen each day. This was mainly down to Gareth, who kept his finger on the pulse.
We will probably never need another sun room, but I would have no hesitation in using Dunraven again. We would be completely confident in recommending them to family and friends as a great company to get work done.

Avoid at all costs unless you want to be harassed by them for the rest of your life. We made the big mistake of getting their overpriced windows at our old house over 12 years ago. Since then, multiple times a year they call from different numbers trying to sell you something. Numerous times I have complained and tried getting my details removed from their system but they still call. Its getting to the point we will be looking at taking legal action against Dunraven for harassment and misuse of our information. Avoid at all costs.

Josh and George installed our windows today. They we on time, efficient and friendly. More importantly they did an amazing job and we're tidy too! The windows are excellent and we are delighted with the end results

In the past year we have had our back door and all windows replaced with Dunraven. For both jobs the fitters were polite, cleaned up after themselves and seem to have done a good job, as (touch wood) so far no issues. Only negative as mentioned in other reviews, once they've done a job for you there are a lot of calls asking if more work can be booked in, which can get a little annoying. But its not hard to politely decline and hang up when the answer is no. I would use them again, except there is literally no glass left to replace on this house!

Just had a conservatory installed by Dunraven. They made the process very easy and communicated with us every step of the way. The builders were great, very nice to have around and very thoughtful. The conservatory looks fantastic!

We purchased an orangery from Dunraven in 2016 and had no issues until
December 2025, when we noticed a small leak coming from the orangery roof and hairline cracks in some of the floor tiles. We rang Dunraven and explained the issues to them, the following day a tradesman came to fix the leak in the roof and the following week a team of tradesmen came to remove and replace the damaged tiles.

Dunraven honoured their 10 year guarantee and undertook the works in an efficient manner. We cannot recommend Dunraven enough - we have had great customer service, even nine and a half years since our purchase.

Good experience overall.
New patio doors and back door - complete with pre-installed cat flap! - now in place and to our satisfaction.
Some delays due to manufacturing issues and poor weather, and information could have been more timely, but installers were very good, worked fast and left the site clean and tidy.
