Having already bought a new fount door from and dunraven and been very happy with the results we decided to buy our new conservatory from them .
Same result excellent product fitted by quality fitting team very efficient and cleaned up to a very high standard needless to say We Are very happy with the results

Good company to deal with. There were a few hiccups with the originally planned appointment being cancelled due to broken glass but good communication and a quick turn around to get the job done. Only a few days wait! Fitter came out and done a marvelous job. No damage to any internal or external walls so no extra decorating to be done and he left everything very tidy! Very pleased with the final result. Will definately use Dunraven again if work is needed.

We employed Dunraven to fit 2 side doors and a window. The workmanship and finish is second to none and the whole process has been flawless from start to finish. I cannot recommend this company enough.

I would recommend Dunraven Windows to anybody.They have been amazing sorting out a problem with a bedroom window.They provide excellent service from ordering to fitting and after care a truly amazing company and even though they are based in Bridgend they are quite happy to travel to Bristol and beyond nothing is too much trouble

I’ve just had a few windows replaced, the latest in a very long list of improvements Dunraven have made to my home. Very satisfied with the work carried out by Dylan who was on time, courteous, clean and professional and also a very nice guy. Well done again Dunraven 😃

I have just had a large gable end extension with dunraven and am extremely pleased with the end result and work by the dunraven team. The builders from start to finish have been very good, respectful in our home and demonstrate great customer service. The project manager couldn’t do enough, resolved any issue by the next day.

Very obliging, have had all our house double glazed over the years. Just had a new front door and side panel. Very pleased with their work.

Whilst this company did a good job, when we sold the house and the new owners had a leak, the company informed them that the guarrantee was not transferable. This wasn't made clear previously

We’ve just had a replacement conservatory roof fitted by Dunraven. Initial quotes and organisation of the work went smoothly. But the actual work is poor quality. Brick work done after fitting cavity trays is uneven with replacement bricks fitted wonky and not pointed underneath the lead flashing. Discount was given for this but we’d have rather had a good job. Flashing is messy and can’t be improved further despite a second team trying. Initial fitters couldn’t get the bespoke box gutter to fit so used a smaller one and the result looked a mess, was noisy in rain, and the fall was towards the house, they also screwed through the plastic gutters which caused leaks when it rained. Many phone calls were needed to insist we wanted the correct sized gutter not a makeshift one, before a different team of fitters came and put the bespoke box gutter in (which meant they now needed to strip half the roof) and replaced damaged gutters. Dunraven appear to use subbies, so it’s hit and miss whether you get skilled tradesmen or not, the second team were good, had they done the entire job we might have been happy customers. Any positive reviews of Dunraven must be people who were lucky with which subbies did the job. If you do use this company expect lots of snagging issues and be prepared to have to argue to get them addressed. Our conservatory is now just acceptable but the brickwork outside will always look poor due to the carelessness of the brick layer. All tradesmen on site were polite. The job was supposed to take one week, it took just over three weeks with various teams to get to the point where the work is just acceptable.

They were quick and tidy and were really happy with our new porch and glass roof.

Dunraven Windows have recently completed installation of windows and front door to our porch we are delighted with the results the care and consideration shown by the fitters was a credit to the company
The quality of the product is first class this is the second installation from Dunraven and I wouldn’t hesitate to use the company again myself or recommend them to friends and family

From beginning to end the process was very professional and efficient. The two young fitters were extremely helpful and respectful. They worked now stop and completely the job well within the timescale I was given. I'm extremely pleased with the end result.

We engaged Dunraven Windows to supply and install a conservatory to our rear patio area. The work was completed within the stated time period. Everything went smoothly from the arrival of contractors and the skip to the final inspection. The contractors were excellent, they worked hard and consistently. Based on our experience we would recommend Dunraven Windows.

We have had an orangery built and are currently having all are doors and windows replaced. All work done to a very high, professional standard.

I have used Dunraven serval over the years to replace all my windows and doors, replacing my conservatory roof and replacing my front porch and I have always received excellent service and high quality products.

Had a really good experience with Dunraven from appointment to finished job. The work was completed in a day and followed up for customer satisfaction. Highly recommended

Had several windows fitted 2 weeks ago, workmen were very good except that a window was cracked while being installed , still waiting after several phone calls to get a replacement date and in the meantime we are left with a window with a big piece of black tape holding it together and in full view of of everyone passing by , I know that there are several homes around me that have also had quotes for window replacements by Dunraven at the same time and will be suprised if they go ahead as this is the worst advert they could ask for , although we are happy with the windows the aftercare service leaves a lot to be desired . Also due to the bad weather we now have a wet puddle inside the window and the condensation is building up nicely ,would think twice about recommending them now,

20/11/25,happy to update this review , the problem has been resolved , guys came and replaced the window this afternoon and we are very pleased with the result , overall everything was excellent service apart from the lack of updates to resolve the situation , it makes all the difference when you are kept in the know , just a small observation of how it could have been been better , but the quality of work was really good and the windows have really made a difference sound and heating wise , with hindsight I would recommend this company

Just had a old conservatory roof changed to a slat roof and knocked through a wall leading from the kitchen into the conservatory, absolutely fantastic job from start to finish would recommend dunraven for future projects at my property.
