Had patio doors external door and garage door done recently was pleased with work so invited them back to quote for windows downstairs to match. Very happy with the work. Will definitely be using them for future work and have recommended to friends.

Dunraven recently installed four new windows for us. This is the third time that we have used the company and we remain very pleased with their product. All our windows and all bar one door have now been provided by Dunraven.

My front door which was recently installed became faulty over the new year . Nigel from dunraven came promptly to our assistance identified the fault and rectified it . Excellent customer service.

I had my original conservatory enlarged and a splendor roof put on, plus under floor heating. All the workmen were very pleasant and worked well in their teams. They all seemed to have worked for the company for many years which is a sign that it is a good company to work for and therefore people are more likely to enjoy their work and do a good job. Each team kept me well informed about what the next stage was. Communication with the company was easy either by phone or email and any messages were quickly responded too. I would have no hesitation in recommending the company to anyone else and would definitely consider further work to be done by the company in future.

From ordering our new front door to installation was very efficient, guys that came we're polite and made a nice tidy job of the install, door looks really good now.

We got conservatory done recently. Everything went as per plan and was ready within days promised. Good team work, very professional. Later we did come to know about cheaper quotes from other companies, so may be a bit costlier but as long as everything goes well and in future also, if any issues addressed sooner, I am ok to pay little more.

Very pleased with our new bay windows. Finding a local company to fit curved glass for our large bay windows wasn't the easiest task, but Dunraven were able to supply and fit.
The guys doing the install were very efficient, polite, and were very tidy throughout.
We would definitely use Dunraven again should we require further work.

We contracted Dunraven to replace our soffits, guttering, windows and porch on our detached property. This included stained glass to our own design. So a big job.
Josh was their principal fitter. As well as being a skilled tradesman he is an outstanding ambassador for his company. He kept us fully informed as the project progressed and even went the extra mile when necessary.
We are very pleased with the workmanship and quality of the products.

Installer was very polite and punctual. Despite the nasty weather, he continued to complete the job to our satisfaction. The new items are beautiful, well fitted and finished, and will definitely call on Dunraven again for any future jobs. Communications with staff were very good.

The guys who came to fit the windows were very professional very polite the finished job looks great and very professional

Had an excellent deal quoted by the rep Matthew for two patio doors to replace old bifolds. New doors fitted today, within three weeks of receiving the quote. Work was completed by Ron and Morgan who were extremely punctual, polite and professional. They worked hard and the full job was completed by lunchtime.
Very pleased and would highly recommend Dunraven from our experience of them today.

Since my last review, Duraven has been to my property. They sent a technician name Chris who was very helpful, going from room to room adjusting them so that my weak hands could open and close them easily. He was very thorough and made sure that I was completely satisfied with my windows. A very happy customer. Looking forward to having my porch in March.

We had a quote and a visit from one of the Dunraven Team here are some points to note;

1) Very pushy and fixed on getting you singed up on day 1
2) Only offered 7 days to cancel the order when signed
3) Upon contacting to cancel said order, very quick to offer a price drop and extend my “cancellation period to 14 days”
4) Supposedly, you can only cancel orders by post… within 7 days….
5) Salesman using phrases like “you are making a mistake” when going to cancel
6) inconsistencies in the details on the website and what the salesmen tell you
7) Quotes given do not last a certain amount of time unless you sign (apparently) only valid for the day if you sign up

I’d advise doing wider research prior to contacting this company; after cancelling we had quotes come in from other local companies come out significantly cheaper… They also give you something called a quote…. That you can then chose to accept or not go ahead with… Novel concept I get it!

Very efficient and friendly people, will look to use them again for future work

I have had new patio doors fitted recently as well as a conservatory roof and a new front door and I am very happy with all work done. They were clean tidy and professional especially with the conservatory roof

Great experience with a new front door. Everyone we dealt with at Dunraven was lovely, albeit a little gung-ho in the sales department. The initial sales meeting was lovely (although very sales-y), the surveyor was great and efficient, the fitter was awesome, everyone we spoke to at the office was lovely and just seemed to be doing their best to give a great service.

I did roll my eyes a little when the followup call to check everything was ok turned into a sales call for future business, but it's hard to blame them if this is what's required for the business to continue as long as it has.

The prices were quite high, but we felt this matched the quality of the product and service well and we are very happy with our new Front Door. Have no second thoughts about recommending Dunraven.

2 great fitters just installed a lovely replacement stained glass large landing window with 6 panels.. the window is an excellent copy of the old rusty panes with great colour matching. Whole process from start to finish very professional. Would recommend.

We had 10 windows, 2 doors and our conservatory replaced all in one go. The whole process was pretty straightforward, all the fitters who came were very quick, professional and tidy, and lovely chaps to boot. The one issue we had was dealt with pretty quickly and fairly. We love the finished product.

The door arrived for fitting on the 11th November promptly at 8-30am but a gentleman called Wayne who was excellent in his approach his professional attitude removed and fitted the new doors on his own and left the area emasculate workmanship was professional and very confident
