The customer support team was incredibly kind, courteous, and genuinely caring. They went out of their way to help and made me feel truly valued and supported throughout the entire process. It was honestly the best customer service experience I’ve ever had, and their warmth and attentiveness made a lasting impression.

I have been using dr Sam bunting products for some good time and have always thought them excellent and the products actually do work unlike others that give false promises, I did have a query that needed sorting out and they went beyond and above to rectify the issue , their customer service is excellent and very helpful, Also their range of skincare from a leading dermatologist cannot be beaten .

Having struggled with skin issues for years, I’ve tried viral and popular skincare brands trying to find a solution, but those products made my skin even more sensitive. I gave this brand a shot because a close relative recommended it, and let’s just say I’m not spending my money elsewhere.

Great face cream. Really good customer service

Purchased the Clarity kit (all of which products I have used before) I forgot how great these combination is my very irritated yet acne prone skin calmed down within 5 days, the cleanser was especially amazing as I noticed my pores clear after a few mins of cleansing it’s actually amazing!

The customer service was so helpful and replied to me very promptly and solved my problem immediately

To be able to talk with someone about my skincare, then got a very good follow up on what skincare routine to use, clear concise instructions & very easy to order frpm website

Easy to checkout and my order arrived quickly. Haven’t had any issues that has meant I’ve needed to deal with customer service though.

I’ve been ordering from Dr Sam’s since the beginning of the brand. I had a recent order mix-up and the customer service was incredibly efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Replied quickly (at 9pm) and they went above what I expected to fix the issue. Great products and even better customer service.

Apart from the fantastic products, I love the save and subscribe option. Not only are the saving really good, I don't have to worry about reordering!

I like the products, the results and the creator of them, the online shop is very friendly.

Easy to use and to buy. Order details on checkout a little confusing due to free gifts being priced. Although as you go through the checkout process these gifts are discounted.

Dr Sam have great skincare, with uptodate ingredients, and is very great at the education out to the consumer. Prices middle range.
Gentle but effective and good for rosacea sensitive skin.

I love DrSams stuff. However, not 4 stars because (since there are Black Friday sales) I wanted to compare price of subscription vs basket, & when I clicked to restart subscription it automatically purchased, and it was actually cheaper and I got a free gift on the non subscription offer. No way to cancel and I won’t be able to return. So that was a tiny bit disappointing. Nice to reward subscription customers at Christmas/Black Friday as well as new/infrequent customers.
