Customer service wise, I had an issue with one of the products pilling and they were so helpful. The response times were so quick and their responses very attentive.

The products themselves are high-quality: I started with just the cleanser and even that alone was causing a visible difference to my skin, and a noticeable reduction in spots. I've just started using some retinol serum and neutralising gel so will see how my skin changes over time. But since starting using Dr Sam's products I haven't had a single deep, painful spot, which I usually got once a week beforehand.

I had some issues where I cancelled my subscription, and it showed as canceled in my account. And I had no further orders. I moved at the time that I cancelled, so if they were sending packages, I would also not have known. Yet they continued charging me even though none of the charges were showing up in my Dr Sam's account.

I only noticed 10 months later when I checked an email address I rarely use anymore. Fortunately customer service was responsive and solved the issue.

I have been ordering from Dr Sams for nearly a year now and have always received amazing customer servcies. Recently my bottle broken from the my cleanser, within 24 hours I have had a full solution and my new bottle is on its way.

I have a subscription for the Flawless Instense Moisturiser but sometimes I need it sooner and sometimes later than my subscription is due. It's really easy to change it, even if I just need to push it back a few days to pay day! It's a great system and a great product, I've been using it for years since my skin changed in my mid 40s.

Dr Sam’s products are really effective I would not use anything else. You get what you pay for. I love the lip tint and intensive moisturiser. I have been using Dr Sam’s for years now

Unfortunately, my parcel hasn’t arrived and I contacted the customer service team. However, there seems to be a lack of urgency or want to sort this out. I keep talking to different people about the situation and they said they’re looking into it with the courier but at the moment it seems like they don’t want to be doing anything about it. It came to almost £500 worth of items that I’m worried is lost and I won’t get my money back or the products. Please please please sort this out.

I needed some subscription items earlier than anticipated. I was able to go into my account, split orders and Order Now those particular items. The renewal dates were then automatically updated. There is also an option to update the frequency which I may do. The items were received within 3 working days. Follow up emails giving advice on how to use the products and 'layering' technique was very helpful. Great service, great products!

Dr Sam’s clarity products have cleared up my daughter’s skin. After being sent from pillar to post by lots of people over five years this kit has cleared it all up. She’s so happy.

I’ve been using dr Sam’s for about 3 years and I loveeeeee the products. The flawless intense moisturiser as such a fantastic barrier repair. The customer service is also great. I knocked my cleanser off my sink and the pump broke, I emailed to see if I could order just the pump and within minutes a replacement was in the post along side a lovely email. Thank you ✨

Excellent products, smooth subscription service that's easy to edit and cancel etc. I have used for years, the vitamin c serum is unrivalled and everyone should use it! They also don't bombard you with emails trying to get you to buy more and more which I appreciate
