I had an issue with a "flawless neutralising gel", which seemed off in its color/texture. Immediately got a response from the Customer Care team and a new product to replace the old one. Very positive experience! Also - loving the products.

Best customer service. My parcel was sent to the wrong address and in no time they sorted it for me.

I’ve move to using Dr Sam’s in the last year and am obsessed! The cleanser makes my skin feel amazing and I love the very simple routine with the serums and moisturiser! The tinted SPF is also lovely, is super light and give a new fresh finish!

Dr Sam’s has truly changed my life. I’ve gone from heavy duty antibiotics (tablet and topical) to control rosacea to being completely antibiotic free. The website is so easy to use and points really do mean prizes! I would highly recommend checking it out.

The flawless cleanser and brightly serum are excellent products. When my flawless cleanser was damaged in transit, the support team were quick to sort the issue.

Communication for despatch good and ability to change dates easy.

Ordered already couple of times from Dr Sam's website. Very fast delivery, perfect package. I really like her's products, I have very sensitive, rosacea prone skin. Also with order I always got 2 free sample and with second order mini size of retinol serum to try. Definitely recommend.

Products are amazing - so good for your skin, delivery is so slow though that’s what lets it down only slightly for me

I’m a big fan of these products and have been using them for about 2 years now.
Sometimes it’s tricky to add one offs to my subscription but the Customer Service Team are incredibly helpful.
I’m really impressed.

Great customer service - a welcome gift code did not work on my order but they kindly posted the gift separately. Very quick and efficient!

Wonderful products and excellent customer service

Excellent products have tried other companies but always come back to Dr Sam, the customer service is also excellent always on hand to help and nothing is too much trouble, Thank You Dr Sam for excellent products.

I had signed up to Dr Sam's subscription service and found that two out of the three products were not suitable for my skin. I contacted their Customer Service and had the most wonderful support and advice in what products would be more beneficial. I felt really supported and valued as a customer. Excellent service. Amazing products. Love all of them I have tried so far although the hand cream is to drying for me. I can honestly say I have never had so many compliments of my 53 year old me only looking 47-48 years old - I will take that! The cleanser in particular is great value and lasts months. I would love them to bring out a neck firming product and sure the demand would be out there. .

Fantastic products, simple line with simple yet effective ingredients. My skin has LOVED these products and just recently brought more to trial. Fantastic customer service, quick and prompt and super friendly. Can not recommend highly enough!

I’ve got a number of issues:
- subscription model tempts you to purchase, but if the product(s) don’t suit you there is no way to cancel. I’d advise anyone who isn’t sure to not be tempted and try smaller sizes first (if available)
- products are expensive even by comparison to mid-range premium brands, £50 for a tube of moisturiser is a lot
- packaging is wasteful and doesn’t seem to scale to size of product

Amazing customer service. I had a problem with the pump on my cleanser and they replaced it straight away. I’ve been using their products for almost a year now and I’m so happy, they’ve transformed my skin.

I’ve been using Dr Sam’s since mid December & have really noticed a brightness & freshness to my skin plus drastically reduced redness that has given me the confidence to go bare faced most days. I tried a slightly different product than my routine recommended - to give it a try. My skin instantly told me it didn’t like it & so I contacted the Customer Service Team who were amazing 5*. They listened to how my skin reacted & issued a refund immediately. They also amended my subscription. I’ll definitely be continuing with my Flawless Cleanser, Intense Moisturiser & Brightly Serum. My skin loves it.
