Excellent service and product, competitive price
My title for this post says it all - excellent service and product at a competitive price. I was using a different rental/subscription car company before switching to Pivotal. It's the same price for a nicer vehicle, more drivers allowed, better insurance coverage, and a much higher monthly mileage allowance. And they deliver/pick up the vehicle! Every interaction has exceeded my expectations, from my initial phone call to the delivery gentleman who very thoroughly went over everything about the vehicle, to getting some questions answered after I drove the car for the first time. I love that I can change to another vehicle later on, and that the subscription doesn't expire like some other vehicle subscriptions. I may never go back to owning a vehicle because this is hassle free - no dealing with repairs, maintenance, insurance, or MOT, and actual people to talk to who provide amazing service.

I am on my fourth car now with Pivotal…
I am on my fourth car now with Pivotal and cannot be happier with the experience to date. Ash in their team has looked after my plan from day 1 and has been an exceptional help is supporting with all allocations and have always gone out of her way to help facilitate the process. I cant see the need going elsewhere for a car now. Phenomenal car, phenomenal service.....

Pivotal is a great company! I've been using them for about 2 years, and every person I've come across was very friendly and professional. I had a couple of issues, including a stolen car and a broken window, and they've always been very responsive and helpful. I just returned my car because I wanted another brand, but I definitely recommend them!

We’ve been with Pivotal for 4 years now, and this is the 4th Discovery I’ve personally arranged with them. I genuinely couldn’t be more thankful for the service I continuously receive.
Everything is always so smooth and hassle-free, with customer service that is second to none. Having recently dealt with Chloe Morris, I honestly can’t compliment her attention to detail, professionalism and customer care enough.
Nothing is ever too much trouble, and the whole process has once again been completely seamless.

Customers interests not always 1st on the list...
Again, customer service, communication and performance have left a lot to be desired. Ultimately a more senior manager has stepped in and improved the outcome.
I do not believe PIVOTAL put their customers interests first.

Super happy with the service
I’ve been using Pivotal for a couple of months now, and overall I’m really happy with the service.
The first car I received was pre-owned and had a few issues, but Samantha from Member Services was incredibly understanding and always quick to respond. She made what could have been a stressful situation much easier.
When it was time to renew, Ashley listened to what I was looking for and found me a brand-new Range Rover Sport Autobiography in exactly the colour I wanted. She then arranged everything very quickly.
I’ve genuinely felt looked after by both of them. Thank you!
