Definitely not to be trusted. I did receive my items but, although it says you can get a refund, this doesn’t appear to be the case and I’m still fighting for one. I ordered the dresses in two different sizes so it was alway obvious I wouldn’t be keeping them all, however weirdly they don’t appear to want them back. They have offered a partial refund and for me to keep the dresses but this isn’t what I’ve asked for.

Total scam. E-mail is false, phone number is a scam, clothes are rubbish.....company is based in China and not the UK. Fake website too. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I wish I read these reviews. They are a scam outfit. Clothes are worse than cheap crap from other poorly made well known retailers from china. I hope all the other reviewers who raised a chargeback were successful. The card company’s need to start helping out their consumers who get scammed by these places as no individual can shut these places down.
Ordered over £100 worth of clothes. A cost I will try to recover through courts and reporting to trading standards to close this site down. But it will pop up under another name and another company the director will open.
Shopify who host the website need to be held accountable for not checking the details provided are accurate and work. Not just let them use emails addresses and phone numbers that do not work.
Summary
They won’t cancel even if you manage to get hold of them via 10 different emails. Even if you do this immediately.
Various time frames of shipping are sent that contradict themselves
Goods do not match the website are of horrific quality.
No return address will be given
They will offer an % refund and you keep goods. So this is where they make the money by sending rubbish and scaring people into not returning to china. I suspect even if you did get a return address in china the company would claim the goods didn’t arrive.

Literally an AI website I’m an idiot for falling for it but I was desperate for a wedding guest dress paid £50 for a dress that took 3 weeks to come and was made absolutely horrendously. Material is rubbish the make is awful and you could get the same thing if not better from SHEIN for £10. Would not recommend to anyone save your money.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I wished I'd checked on here first. The previous reviews are correct. I ordered a jacket for my husband, which took weeks and weeks to arrive (from China.) When it finally turned up, the material was really thin, the quality was extremely poor, it looked nothing like what I ordered and the sizing was completely wrong and so did not fit. I emailed them and did get a response, where I was offered a 10% partial refund or a 50% store credit!!!!!!! I am waiting to hear what they say next as I've refused both options surprisingly enough!

Will report to trading standards . Do not use this company. Customer service and return email addresses do not exist , goods are not as described or pictured and are cheap and nasty.

The website is a scam. It says London as though it's a London brand but it's a cheap drop shipping brand from china. The clothes look nothing like the do on the website and take forever to arrive. It says the website is ran by this company Teaspoon E-commerce which is ran by a Dutch lady. Teaspoon E-commerce was only launched last year and I'm guessing she opened a company under a different name to try and save herself from lawsuits or something. She is finding cheap clothes from somewhere like AliExpress and using misleading images to sell them to British people. Please do not waste your money! You will be er get your money back if you don't like something and everything must be sent back to china to the factory where it came from. She's a scammer and will steal your money. Please please avoid at all costs.

Truly shocking. The clothing items arrived and are nothing like those shown online. See-through and appalling lack of quality and finish. I have also ordered two pairs of shoes, and these have still not arrived over a month since the order. They appear to be in Shanghai! I have emailed Customer Services [sic] to organise a return and refund, and it always bounces back as unrecognisable, and the UK Phone Number is not in use. They purport to have an address in Central London? If ever it was a case if Buyer Beware, this is it.

Avoid. Ordered some shoes which said uk shipping in an acceptable time frame. No sign of said order, emailed the customer service email, it bounced back twice as unrecognised. Tracking provided doesn’t work. Only when you read the small print ok the website it says shipped from China, very misleading and I’m not without shoes after almost 3 weeks since ordering for a wedding next week.

Unfortunately I just placed an order before reading the reviews. I tried to cancel my order but the customer care email address provided does not exist. I have contacted my bank and I trust that they will help to get my money back. Please avoid this website.

SCAM!Just received my bo ho kaftan dress Absolutely terrible! Cheap printed pattern on nylon when I was expecting Indian print on cotton. Delivery took weeks and they say to email for delivery instructions and the email comes back undelivered because it doesn't exist. Luckily I only lost £30 as it was on sale. Going to contact bank on Monday to make sure they can't take any more money.

You will get your order but there is no returns. Quality is shocking, i specifically looked for cotton/ linen and they came plastic. Shame every website online need to be vetted now due to scammers like this.

This is a scam company, orders take weeks to come ( apparently from China which is not highlighted) extremely poor quality/shoddy goods, the company do not appear to then offer a refund, dreadful company to deal with, I wish I could have left 0 stars

It's a scam. Comes from China and take 2 months to arrive. When you try to email you get no reply.

I placed an order with Dorvelli on the 5th of May for two pairs of Italian Heritage Loafers. Over two weeks later, I still have not received my items.

On the 13th of May, I received a generic email claiming my parcel was in the warehouse and ready for shipping, promising a delivery window of approximately 5 days. That window has long since passed. When checking my tracking info on the Shop app, the status was stuck completely at "Waiting for details." To make matters worse, I just checked the tracking details again, and the entire record has now completely disappeared from the app. It is clear they print fake labels to make it seem like they are shipping items, but the goods never actually leave the warehouse.

After checking Trustpilot and seeing how many other customers have been burned by the exact same tactic, I have officially raised a fraud/item-not-received dispute with my credit card company to claw my money back.

Avoid this company at all costs. This is not a genuine, premium brand, it is an absolute scam.

Scammers. Do not purchase from this store. The items are crap and their return policy does not exist.

Ordered two items. The quality was not as described and they did not fit. They arrived screwed up in plastic bags and took weeks to arrive from China. We requested a refund and were offered 20% of the purchase price.
