Orders dec 7 … wasn’t shipped until Dec 16 … received dec 22…. then when I got it you substitute the item for something I didn’t order .. although it worked but it wasn’t what I ordered

I have still not received my order, apparently they tried to deliver it on 11th December but no one was home, they have not attempted since and I have no idea who was delivering it and where the items are located, or who to contact to chase up etc,

the ordering was easy. It came in reasonable time. The product looks nice. I ordered two replacement arm rests rather than go through the insurance process. These are identical to the previous ones and easy to swap out. The vinyl is textured a bit where the other was slick. I like this better.
