Best All Around

I can't ever seem to make a call to DME Hub and not be COMPLETELY 100% SATISFIED, they've kept my adaptive journey rolling along smoothly for the past seven (7) years and can't think of anywhere else to turn to for my wants, needs, and supplies

Unacceptably slow shipping

I've ordered before from you guys and you always ship new tires like the next day. Really quickly. But this time it took you guys a week to get your act together. 2 weeks for me to have them in my hand. Unacceptable I need these things now

The postal tracking shows the package was delivered on Jan 16th. It appears that it took a couple of days longer than normal to fulfill the order due to some residual catch-up from the holidays. We sincerely apologize for the delay and inconvenience. Our shipping times are now back to normal.

UPS???

Initially, I appreciated your company’s reliability, as you consistently delivered the necessary items on time. However, I’m currently facing an issue with a recent shipment. Despite the package being marked as undelivered because I wasn’t home when UPS delivered it, it hasn’t arrived yet.

I’ve contacted UPS and filed a formal complaint about the delayed delivery. I explained to them that I was home and no one came to my residence. They assured me that the package is expected to be delivered this Tuesday, January 21st. I’ll keep a close eye on the situation and provide an update if anything changes.

In response to your inquiry regarding my complaint with UPS, they have provided an incomplete account of the events. UPS did not visit my residence. Our property is equipped with surveillance cameras throughout. On multiple occasions, UPS carriers have left packages unattended within the building. Despite these instances, UPS has failed to deliver packages to my residence on two separate occasions, despite their claims of attempting to do so.

Thank you, Sylvester for your valuable customer feedback. Yes, according to the UPS tracking details, a delivery attempt was made on Jan 18th, and they did not feel comfortable with leaving the package unattended at your door. UPS has rescheduled another delivery attempt for Jan 21st.

I've ordered from DMEhub many times

I've ordered from DMEhub many times. I check here first when I need anything for my chairs. Customer service is what makes ordering from here worth it. Dave is amazing and always willing to answer questions. If they don't have a part you need, contact and usually they can order it for you. My most recent order was not on their site. Rather than pay an exorbitant price going through my ATP, I contacted DMEhub. Dave emailed back and about a day later I got a quote and an order link.
I'm always impressed and only wish I could give even more stars
