Great Sales and Installation Experiences
Our meeting with Rich Selah was great, with a good explanation of the reasons why Stannah would be a better choice for us than any of the other stairlift companies that we had considered.
The installation by Josh (sorry, but I can't remember his last name) was also great - quick, minimally disruptive - and it was just nice to have him here.

Very well designed
Very well designed. Custom-fit to our home staircase, which is curved in 4 places. All done in a morning. However making the exact fit rails took about 4 weeks. We are seniors and this is a HUGE plus to our mobility at home!

The installers were swift, efficient and helpful. They explained everything and made sure we knew how to operate the stairlift.

My husband was having difficulty…
My husband was having difficulty navigating the stairs so we started our search, having several companies give us bids. We chose Stannah for its safety features and the expediency with which they installed it. They delivered on every promise, from the salesman to the installer, everyone was polite and extremely knowledgeable about the product.

Great experience. Our sales person, Joe was very nice. He made the stairlift happen because we were told that our staircase was too narrow by another company. It went smoothly from there.

The stairlift itself is great however the time for delivery is very long. I was told 4-6 weeks, it took 10 weeks.
