I made a mistake in ordering wheelchair…
I made a mistake in ordering wheelchair parts, tires and tubes. The company sent me an email suspecting I made a mistake. I corrected the order and received the right parts. This wouldn't have happened with a big company who would have just shipped the wrong parts. DME hub has my future business.

Beyond the serial number.
Dave helped me retrofit my 22 year old TiLite TRC with new fork assemblies from a newer Aero T. Doubt any other company would even be willing to try to tackle that. Always the right parts the first time in a timely manner.
