Took my car to them for bodywork and a new windscreen after a stone from a wagon damaged both.
Took my car in on Thursday, it was ready by Friday.
It doesn't get any better than that.
Was very sceptical of a good service after a rather bad experience at Acctivate in Sunderland, a different motor repair shop.
It transpired I had no need to be.
Acctivate you could learn a lot from these people.
The experience was second to none from start to finish. Would I recommend dlg, you bet your life I would if I need repairs again, I know where I'm going.
I would like to mention a thank you to the chap who inspected my car as being a wheelchair dependant user nothing was to much trouble, even down to lifting my chair in and out of the boot for me.
Thank you it meant a lot seeing the person and not the disability.
Having dealt with many dealerships over the years this outfit really is first rate.

Recently used DLG auto services through my insurance company after a fox 🦊 decided to run out in front of me causing my car significant damage . From the very first phone call to arrange to get car fixed the service has been outstanding I can't fault anything . From the delivery of the courtesy car drivers to the girls answering the phones all acted in a professional friendly manner couldn't help you enough . I had regular emails of the state of play with the car repairs and estimate time scale which I got my car back earlier . The car itself was mended to high standards came back looking like a show room car valeted inside out THANK YOU . Highly recommend this company x

DLG had my BMW for body work repair after a lovely deer decided to say hello.
From start to end, they were fabulous.
The pick up guy was fab, even noticed work needing doing that I hadn’t spotted but he made sure he came back from securing on his truck to tell me!
Customer service was excellent; They went through every step clearly on what I was to expect.
They kept me updated on what was happening and the time frame it would be done in.
I was surprised when they told me I was getting it back early.
When I got my car back, it looked brand new again; they even hoovered the inside! A job well done!!!

Had an accident with my car and DLG Auto services repaired my car through the insurance. They did a great job on my car quick turn around when I got it back the car looked great.

Appalling communication, one day the parts are in and repairs will be finished on time, next day still waiting for parts & no ETA, day after parts will be available by the end on following week. 2 days later parts are in car ready on Tuesday or Thursday. Wednesday, message to say parts are not in, no ETA. Thursday a call to say car will be ready on Friday. Friday morning a call to say it will be delivered between 1&5, they turn up at 11:30 and the driver was rude to my son and him he had spoken to me to say he would be early. That wasn't the case as I don't finish work until 12:30. Broken parts were left in the boot. Poor experience from start to finish

Couldn't have asked for a better service. Quick turn around, unbelievable results and kept in the loop every step of the way. Highly recommend them.

Kept me up to date with everything, got a link sent to me where you could login and see the progress of your car there was also a comment section at the bottom where any calls were noted and you could also write a message for them too. They were very efficient and got my car sorted for me.

I recently had my car repaired at DLG Teesside.
The work was completed to a high standard, some unexpected challenges were overcome and in particular the staff were always super helpful. It was great and speak to an actual person straight away.
I'd have no problem using them again if the need were to arise and the 5 year guarantee brings peace of mind.

Starting with the finished job. It was excellent. My car was returned to me better than new.
Before this everyone I spoke to was courteous and helpful. I was treated as an individual not a number.
My car was in DLG's workshop as a result of a road traffic accident and there was some delay on the repair as an essential part was on back order for sometime. Not ideal but not DLG's fault. During this time I was regularly kept up to date on progress. Thus I was able to plan accordingly.
Hopefully I shall not need DLG's again any time soon but should the need arise I would not hesitate to put my car in their hands.

Car collected and returned on a trailer with advance notice. I was kept informed of the repair status by text, my request.

Quick and excellent service car returned like new

I would like to start by praising the mechanic for providing fast and clear information about the repair work — that part of the service was excellent and much appreciated.

Unfortunately, the quality of the paint job was very disappointing. The surface has a bumpy, uneven texture, similar to "orange peel," which suggests the job was not done professionally.

Additionally, when I collected the car, the windows and side plastic elements were covered in paint dust. It took significant time and effort to clean this off, which should never have been necessary after a professional repair.

Overall, I was very unsatisfied with the final result and expected a much higher standard of workmanship.
