We repair around 100,000 accident damaged cars every year, and all cars are repaired to British Kitemark BS 10125 standard, the British safety standard for vehicle damage repair. All repair work comes with a 5-year guarantee, and we are committed to ensuring we meet the manufacturers repair standards to ensure our customers vehicles are repaired to the highest standards. Simple changes could get DLG from a 3 to a 5

Good: The repair quality. Communication from repairer once they had the car.
Bad: 1. Booking-in date was later than insurance company had indicated (DLG said the insurance company, Churchill, should never have given me a date) 2. 1st attempt at pickup was arranged by phone the previous evening for "next day afternoon, and as late as possible". The driver arrived at 11.30am and tried contacting my mobile till 12.20 when he gave up and retuned to base. My wife's mobile had been given as a backup to mine but she was never called at all. 3. The courtesy car delivered was filthy (driver apologised). 4. By the time our repaired and cleaned car was delivered the 80 miles back to us, it too was filthy outside (should at the very least have been put through a car wash).

Car repair feedback.

Very well organised repair, kept fully informed at all stages of the repair. Car was returned in immaculate condition, looked as good as new. Highly recommended company.

Long time and not clean…

Repair took 3 months and when I finally got it back it was dirty inside and out.

The windscreen was replaced but it looks like the wipers were not, these will need to be replaced.

Easy to contact and staff very helpful

Easy to contact and very helpful staff after a stressful incident causing damage to our car just two days before we were due to travel to France. Vehicle quickly checked to allow us to travel and repair was booked in and quickly dealt with on our return.

Service was excellent!

Service was excellent!! I was kept updated at each stage of repair and even car was returned it was flawless!! Customer service as well is excellent !! Spoke to a young guy several times and not only was he very polite and professional but really took the time to listen to me and dealt with my enquiry in great time . Happy happy to have my car back … it’s looking fab 👌😊 Thank you

Definitely recommend this company

The company done a great job on my repair. They kept me up to date when things would happen. When they returned my car to me it was immaculate, the cleanest I have seen it since new.
