The office kept me up to date every few days with which stage my car was at, and when it would be finished.

Car collected from home saving trouble of getting it to wherever. Excellent repair job in suitable amount of time. Cant see where it was done. Car delivered home by Tony in a friendly, pleasant way reversing it in for ease of access next time it was used. It had protective covers to keep car clean inside as it was cleaned both indoors and out. The work is guaranteed for 5 years. We were kept up to date by phone by staff and when phoning them the phone was always answered and not left ringing for ages.

The service was 1st class, even when the repair was delayed due to manufacturers delaying the delivery of parts, your customer service department constantly kept us informed with calls every couple of days.
The finished article looks like the day it rolled out of the showroom.
The work has been done satisfactorily, and all the while during the process I was kept informed of progress.
Although there was a delay in getting parts,I was kept informed weekly.
When my vehicle was returned it had not been road tested and there is a slight squeal from the rear although nothing much ( the damage was severe rear impact and the electronic handbrake kept the car in place, whether it is anything to do with that I'm not sure). Also one of the number plate lamps did not work but that was an easy fix for me to do and less teouble than havjng to return the car.
The repairs, however, looked great.
I had a v good service from the garage The car passenger doors locks were repaired to my satisfaction.
