Their workmanship is excellent although I have had to ask for a call back on a couple of items that are not working now after the work having been done.
They were on it immediately though when I notified them, came round and inspected the problem on the vehicle at my home and are arranging to bring it back in to rectify it.
I can’t fault them!

I had some work done on my Mitsubishi Outlander it was an insurance job. The paintwork was done to a high standard, had a little thing that shouldn't have passed through quality checks as they told me they had done. The passenger front door and rear door had some clear coat lacquer and it was so sharp it could cut you as it almost did me. They sent a guy round to my house to rectify the fault but he ended up cutting through the paint. He told me that I would need to have the car returned back to the repair shop. I told him under no circumstances my car would be returning back to the paint shop. He also said I would be receiving a phone call from a Manager because I had other complaints that I was not happy with. Firstly, my car went in cleaned inside and out before going to them. Secondly, my car has a subwoofer in the boot. I strongly suspect that someone had idle fingers and was playing around with my headunit and messed it up. Somehow, which still remains a mystery to me someone had done something to the headunit because when I got my car back the radio stations were not working. Instead of having the FM frequency of factory settings of 87.5 mine was displaying 0.00 on all stations. I have never seen that before. That tells me that someone took it upon themselves to play around with my stereo. My dash cam back and front were disconnected but I have my dash cam and stereo connected to each other for backup purposes so if the dash cam has been disconnected for a period of time then the headunit kicks in and will record conversations and it's surroundings. I had to send the unit back for it to be checked out and was told there is some data that the headunit recorded after it had been tampered with. I now have the recordings in my possession and have listened to each conversation. The headunit was so badly damaged internally that I had to replace the unit so luckily for me it still held the data that was retrieved. The replacement stereo cost me £202.00 which I am not happy about because when it went in everything was working fine. All my car went in for was scratch marks on the rear door panel, one small dent on the wheel arch and a scratch on the rear bumper. Nothing needed doing on the inside of the car so I can't get my head around why someone would want to play around with my headunit. When I called the shop to report my findings I was told that the engineer that was coming round to see me I should show him my concerns. I showed him the doors that wasn't done properly but unfortunately by the time he came I had sent the headunit away for repair. One question that made me think was he asked me if the dash cam is connected to the headunit. I told him no because I thought that was a bit strange and why would he want to know that. I was also informed when I spoke to a lady at the shop that the dash cam was disconnected for data protection but no-one plugged it back in after unplugging it. I asked the engineer who came to correct the faults why didn't they place something to stop the the dash cam from recording and his response was that it could still pick up voices. I don't understand why that would have been a concern if they are sincere workers. All work that it went in for was on the outside of the car so I don't understand why they were playing with my property which was on the inside. The maximum of people that should have been in my car is at least two people and that was only to move the car from A to B. I've had my car for just over five years and I know it inside and out and know if it's been tampered with. I know everything on my car. And this occasion I know it didn't come back the same as it went in. Also I was told that they had cleaned my car. As I said earlier, I had washed it and cleaned the inside before it went to them so what was the reason for them to clean the inside. They even wiped the inside with a dirty cloth because there was dirty water marks on the door panels. It was an insurance repair I had to pay my access and then I had to turn around and spend another £202.00 because they had damaged my headunit. This is what I am not happy about. And I am still waiting for a phone call from the Manager. The engineer came to see me on the 2nd of July and today is the 13th of July so that is telling me they don't care about their customers. The other good thing I will say apart from the paint job is the receptionists are very good because they kept me informed of every step that was taking place. I would have loved to have given 5 stars but because of what went on inside my car and me having to fork out money I shouldn't have had to have done then I have no choice but to give them two stars and the lack of communication from the Manager. In my opinion this is very poor service. Oh, and forgot to say, I showed the engineer the 0.00 on the stereo and he said he would have loved to have seen it but there would have been nothing he could have done.

Throughout the repair process, the DLG were very professional. From the the initial inspection of the damage, collecting the car, repair and returning my car. I was kept in touch an updated throughout, and the dates they gave me were met. All staff I spoke or met were very good and easy to speak with.
