Told completion date and on that day was told it was going to be another week as Cassie was bent ( should this not have been identified at inspection time ) car Delivered with a new wheel and alloy which was a gloss black all others were Matt. New wheel eventually put on (Matt) only for the tyre pressure warning light to come on , eventually got my son to sort out the tyre pressure They were very apologetic but altogether not a great experience Update 9/3/34 alarm light has come on again !!! Never ending ☹️

My Motability car has been repaired by DLG following a recent accident. The service they provide has been excellent from start to finish! Can’t praise them enough and would definitely recommend!! 😊

DLG kept in touch about the insurance assessor coming to assess the damage to my car. They were helpful when arranging the collection and return of the car. The repair has restored my car well.
Annoying when they rang though and checked my details/identity before they would say why they were ringing. They rang me!

I actually wasn’t sure what to expect as I was referred here through my insurance but I was hugely impressed. They came to me to quote and to pick up and drop off the car. The communication was fantastic and I was so surprised how quickly the job was done. I will try not to drive into a skip again but if I do I would definitely use them again :)

Excellent service from start to finish. I was kept informed at all times from when they first came to look at the car damage in order to know what parts were required. As soon as the parts were in they called to arrange a date to pick up the car. I was informed when the car was repaired and that day it was delivered back to me.
