Always updated with the progress of the ongoing works during the time the car was withDLG.

While taking longer than initially told the whole process was easy. All the staff from those on the phone to those collecting and returning the car were both helpful and respectful. I felt my car was in safe hands.

Do not use it.
this garage has had our van for over 6 weeks now, No one calls for update, we have to call to get updated, Lady in reception is not the friendliest. They have told us the van would be ready for completion on Monday the 20th of may. The van was never ready and no one called with an update to say so. every time we call we get told they are on a meeting or that the van is ready and they will call us and no one inform us of what's happening.

Car was returned to me with damage on both front wings where the car was put back together
Also a part of the cars trim was missing and it wasn’t replaced when the car went back for repairs a second time round .
The repairs look good but the service offered was very poor and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone and certainly not use them out of choice

Quick and efficient

From when my car was in the care of DLG Rabans Lane Aylesbury for repairs they were absolutely brilliant kept me up to date all the way through and nothing was to much trouble at all. The repairs were first class and a real
great job all round.

From the first home inspection, collection and return I have been kept informed on the progress of the repair. The repair itself has been completed in a very professional manor to a High standard.

Initial contact following claim with Churchill Ins was polite and comprehensive with what DLG would do and what I had to do in preparation for vehicle collection and subsequent return. The pick up and delivery drivers were excellent, on time and polite. All in all a great experience.

My car was involved in an accident and DLG collected the car two days after the accident and I got the car back 4 weeks later (the hold up was waiting on 1 part from the supplier)
