Was sceptical as hadn’t heard of company. 100% will use these as my first choice now.
Very impressed. I ordered a load of OSB sheets as they were cheaper than anywhere else I had seen them by some margin. I was a little nervous using a company I had never heard of before. After a couple of days I gave them a call to check delivery status. It was around New Year when I ordered so understandably things were moving a little slower. The advisor on the phone told me the delivery date was due tomorrow and that is when it’s arrived. I was very impressed to see the delivery was carried out by Travis Perkins. I didn’t realise there was any affiliation between the two companies. Very pleased with my order, very pleased with the service, very pleased with the price.

Waited 4 weeks for delivery
Waited 4 weeks for delivery. And worst of all the wood came wet. This was bought for interior, and alot of money to come wet and warp.
Emailed and no response.
Also cost me double the price in timbers, they out source there products from there local MKM ( which charges half the price and came the next day, dry), which diy building supply charged me double, do not recommend. Customer service and product was appalling.

We got hit with bad snow and ice…
We got hit with bad snow and ice recently that made delivery impossible on the originally scheduled day. The business actively reached out and discussed the change of plans clearly and kept me in the loop to changes. The wood was high quality with no defects or splits.

Poor Communication.
Ordered before Christmas, delivered after Christmas. Gave instructions for the position of the delivery which was ignored and dropped in a location causing a lot of additional labour.
