Update on order 24743 my goods arrived today how excited I was not all broken guttering and brackets when I refused delivery the driver was a bit put out do they really expect broken guttering to be installed unbelievable awaiting refund now

No communication after making the order, no delivery of order, not able to talk to anyone about the order so had to cancel after a week of waiting (delivery said 24-48 hours originally). Shocking customer service, will never use in the future and will warn others as much as possible.

Avoid this company. The worst i have had to deal with in a while. Customer services is shocking. They ignore emails. Have no phone number to speak to people. Absolutely terrible

Ridiculous company, placed my order online for a garden fork, then received an invoice from them for an extra £18 for delivery when the website said free delivery. They're literally 15 minutes away from me which I didn't realise at the time. Got an email a couple of days later saying they've refunded me due to not having what I ordered in stock. Still waiting for the refund 13 days later and they aren't replying to my emails! Luckily I paid on credit card so they're getting it back! Absolute scammers.

Terrible experience- ordered £550 worth of cladding supplies over 5 weeks ago. All emails go unanswered and can’t speak to anyone. Had to start a dispute via PayPal to see if we can get our money back. Go elsewhere!

I ordered two items (£96.35) on March 23rd. By April 10th, they still couldn't provide a delivery date. Even after I pleaded and explained my site situation, they just gave the same robotic answers. I had to buy from another supplier. I’ve sent an email telling them not to ship the items and to just scrap them. This place is unreliable and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.

I was a bit hesitant ordering from Trade Superstore Online after reading some of the reviews, but my experience was actually pretty good overall.

Ordered some cladding and trims for a small project – the website was easy enough to use and prices were better than most other places I checked. I didn’t get a delivery date straight away which was a bit frustrating, but after a couple of days I got confirmation and everything turned up about a week later.

Delivery driver was helpful and items arrived in good condition, so no complaints there.

That said, the products were exactly as described and good value for money, so I’d probably use them again.

Absolute terrible, delivered half my order and then just never mentioned the rest of my order. Emailed them, and they said it’s with their delivery team? There was literally facia board on the same truck that delivered the rest of the order.

Called customer service, she said she would tell customer service to answer my email. Was about to hang up, I asked how are you going to ask if you don’t know who I am, you Havnt asked my name or order number . She then asked for my order number. Apparently can’t cancel the order. Doubt this will ever turn up. Charge back impending and reporting to trading standards.

They lied to me 4 times about when my materials would be delivered. They also didn’t respond to any of my emails asking for help and updates. I have to call them 5 times for updates.

Disgusting company.
You cant discuss your existing order over the phone you have to email with your query, they then fill you with a load of BS they are checking with the delivery department.

They dont have a delivery department they just drop ship, well I say drop ship they just drop. Yes drop you, out of pocket with no product.

Even if you try and get to speak to someone to vent your anger the phone doesn't get picked up.
I too am going to trading standards and hopefully this company will cease to scam people.

I hate leaving bad reviews but this is horrible service and a very misleading company.

2 weeks later still can't give me a delivery date and refuse to cancel my order.

Ordered 10 railway sleepers, money taken,nearly£500.
Not given a delivery date, emailed,answered would reply within 48 hrs.Waited nearly 2 weeks.
Telephoned customer services who said that they were not there to answer queries, but she did look into it.I reiterated that I had someone coming to fit the sleepers and I was relying on them.
Was told if I wanted to cancel I had to do it by email.
They telephoned me back later to say they hadn't got them in stock,but wouldcsend others in a couple of days time.
Sleeperscarrivedbon said date but only7 as they had asked Jewsons to drop them off and that is all they had.
2 of them had huge pieces missing out of the end and one was warped
I Had to source 4 others st late notice which delayed the work and at extra cost.
Received an email ssyingvyjryvwere looking into it,still awaiting an answer and refund.
Avoid buying from this company at all costs.

Delivered my goods to 500 miles away, and claimed delivery. Kept my goods and my money. No refund for me. Zero customer service, even was copied into an email that was about me, rather than solving the problem. This company is not an honest company, disingenuous and downright rude cowboys.

It’s a scam. I ordered on over a week ago, like everyone else you contact customer service, they make up some story, give you a mail number, and then nothing gets delivered. It’s probably some drop shipping nonsense. Do not waste your time with these people.

I ordered a bathroom sink with cabinet on the 2nd Jan 2026 - had the confirmation of the order shortly after and it did not say the colour - telephone in and spoke to someone who said I had only ordered the sink - this was not the case - I asked to cancel the order and was advised it was being processed and could not cancel it! I also emailed cancelling the order only to receive an automated email advising the offices were closed! The 'sink' arrived on the 7th Jan - I requested a returns as it what I had ordered and not what what the confirmation picture showed - I had to go through a process of them accepting my returns only to be advised I would be charged 25% restocking and less the £28.99 delivery charge!!! This is clearly a scam! I have since been in contact with Trading Standards and they have given me a template letter to send them - which states 'The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013' - so fingers crossed. I wished I had looked at these reviews before ordering with them as there are lot of reviews sighting the same issues!!! Would not recommend/use them ever again

Ordered on line as normal. Had to chase delivery date I was told it would be in 18 days !!!!! All goods in stock! I told them to cancel delivery but was told it was already on its way 18 days! I asked for a refund but they charged me 25% handling fee! I still haven't had my 75% refund despite being told by email it would be in my account within 3 working days. Afternoon several unanswered emails chasing my refund I spoke to someone on the phone who said it's with the account department and they will be in touch.

The product (Rockwool) I ordered was replaced with a cheaper (Dritherm) product after several backs and forth. The cheaper product was delivered damaged after several failed delivery promises. I gave up trying to get replacements after further rounds of failed delivery promises.
It's the fourth month and I'm still waiting to get my refund.
Calling customer care was a terrible experience in which despite quoting order number you'd be asked to email because no one knew what you were talking about.
If you got a reply to your email after weeks, it would be to ask you for more patience and still no resolution.

We bought 11 bulk bags for our patio project, I was a little bit in a rush as weather forecast seemed promising so I’ve ordered with a first company that came up in results. After we haven’t received delivery update I’ve contacted them and in a meantime checked their reviews online to my shock they were not very good to say the least. We’ve decided to order elsewhere at first but we did get a response with delivery date. 9bags arrived on time but the remaining two followed 2 days after. I must say they respond on time and even though it wasn’t perfect the very first time they did deliver and did so with a great attitude and customer service. I am now glad I did order with them in the end as the price was actually much better than most of the competition and they did deliver everything within a week which is still reasonable even with missed original delivery date.

This was the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. I tried to cancel my order just five minutes after placing it so I could submit a larger one, but that wasn’t possible. On top of that, I didn’t receive any updates about the status or location of my order afterward. Very disappointing.

Don’t waste your money on these clowns. Bought a sink from them and they sent it via a cheap courier completely unpackaged. No box, not even a layer of bubblewrap. Sink arrived scratched up, and with a chunk missing out of the bottom overflow pipe. Told them it was damaged and they sent me tips on how to clean it. When I told them I was sending it back for a refund I was told I had to pay a restocking fee for a damaged item. No common sense and extremely poor customer service attitude.
