Absolutely horrific customer service. Ordered doors at the end of January and still haven’t received the full order. Communication has been poor throughout – we’ve had to chase repeatedly, only to be met with empty promises.

When part of the order finally arrived, it was incomplete and one of the doors was damaged. Completely unacceptable. Still unsettled.

Absolutely fantastic service with quality products. One door was delivered damaged (carrier issue) and it was replaced no problem at all with great communication. Absolutely delighted with our doors which really are top quality and even better than we expected. We can't recommend highly enough.

They keep lying us , one delivery arrives all doors broken , returned item and second delivery never arrived plus they charged £58.50 delivery charge .
If you bored and wanna try those people go ahead and lose your mind !

The delivery arrived 3 hours later than the communicated 2 hour window. When received, one box containing the fixing kit was missing. After calling I was informed it would be couriered to me the following Day. I have now received a message that the missing box will not be delivered for another 4-5 days!! Very very dissappointed.

Ordered a Traditional Victorian Clear Pine 4 Panel Glazed Internal Door. Very impressed by the quality of the door - absolutely no knots in the wood and good solid construction. Much better than the equivalent doors available from the DIY stores. Delivery was also fine via Rhenus Home Delivery although had to wait about 11 days after order.

The door was delivered well wrapped in heavy duty plastic. Unfortunately after unwrapping we found 2 deep scratches/dents in the surface of the door. There was no damage evident in the plastic cover.

Fortunately I was planning to paint the doors so able to fill and paint no problem. However if I had wanted to retain the natural finish it would have been necessary to return the door for replacement.

Its not obvious how this damage occurred. Possibly during transport and delivery although no damage was evident to the plastic cover. Delivery is by a specialist company and was very expensive therefore they ought to know what they are doing. Equally the damage may have occurred prior to plastic wrapping, at the factory.

So in summary a great quality product but marred by some damage to the door.

Very pleased with the door and plinths. The delivery driver Mark was efficient and very pleasant. I was kept notified at every stage up to the point of delivery. Customer service is above average.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I paid a hefty £40 for delivery with clear instructions that my order would arrive on Wednesday 11th March and that a signature would be required. However, this was completely ignored.
The item was actually delivered on Monday 9th, without any notification or updated delivery information.
Even more concerning, the door was left unattended outside my property for around 24 hours with no signature obtained—despite this being a stated requirement.
This left my purchase exposed to potential theft, damage, and weather conditions.
I received no confirmation email, no delivery updates, and no communication whatsoever about the change in delivery date. When I contacted customer service, I was simply told there is nothing they can do - I should have been informed, which clearly did not happen. Ethan from customer service team was extremely dismissive and rude. They were not interested at all, refusing to refund the hefty delivery fee!

Overall, the service I paid for was not delivered as promised. This experience has been frustrating and unacceptable, and I would expect better communication, adherence to delivery terms, and basic care for customers’ purchases. Very unhappy!

My order was not sent out on time it was overlooked,mistakes happen.when the order was delivered , i was suppost to get notice so i could be in this didnt happen and DHL, left my doors on doorstep which hasnt got a garden so anyone could of taken them.and it needed a signiture which wasnt given i was out till 8pm so lucky no one took them.

Your delivery drivers went above and beyond in helping me. It is very rare to have such assistance. Thank you very much.

Fabulous looking Doors great quality ordering was easy . Always keeping me informed about order and the delivery . Very impressed Delivery driver text with estimated time. It was also great to be able to track the driver (Josh ) was brilliant very helpful.

Only giving 1 star as I cannot give 0!

I originally chose a delivery date of Thursday 5th March. I was then TOLD it would be Saturday 7th March and not given any option to amend this if needed. On Saturday, 2 doors and the handle packs arrived, however we are still awaiting 3 doors to be delivered and have received no updates or confirmation regarding when the doors will be redelivered.

We booked for these to be delivered on Thursday 7th March as we had a carpenter coming on Monday 9th March to hang all of the doors. Due to the deliveries not arriving on time, or even on the later date, we need to rebook the carpenter, costing us money.

When I called I was told again and again that the delivery company YOU chose causes issues, but my order was with Climadoor directly so who you choose to make those deliveries is out of my hands and is therefore not helpful information.

I have since emailed and called only to be placed on hold and and emails ignored.

I just want my doors so I never have to use you again.

Doors good quality, delivery faultless.

I ordered my doors online. The information available was very useful, descriptions etc. The range of sizes available met my requirements. The ordering process was simple. Delivery was 8 days from order. I did have a delivery problem as 1 door was not on the delivery. Amy who I spoke to at Climador was very helpful. I had a follow up call from her a couple of days later and she explained that there had been damage in transit so a replacement had been despatched. This arrived 3 days later. Quality is great.

Great prices, great service, great products. Even when I informed their customer service that they had sent a couple of wrong handle sets they immediately sent replacements, no quibble, very helpful. Would definitely recommend again.

good service would have been a 5 star but the delivery company you use are poor and deliveries keep changing

Ordered the doors with some stating back in stock 23/02.
Called and said delayed until 2nd but would be out for delivered straight away once in stock.
Called morning of 2nd and told in stock and someone would ring to arrange delivery, not heard anything and rang in afternoon to be told the doors were just arriving - and await a call - still not heard a think and over 1k worth of doors .
Rang again and she nonchalantly said ‘oh they did come in stock but been given to other people on back order’ and gave me a date for a few weeks later.
I asked to cancel the order and she couldn’t have cared less.

The doors were delivered promptly and the delivery men were very polite, careful and respectful.
