Avoid at all cost!

Placed an order. Was told 3-5 days for delivery. Received an email 5 days later item to be delivered in 3 days time. Waited for order (all day) it's now 5.30pm the day after said delivery day (still waiting) with no response from company. Have emailed and left a message.

The price was the main draw for me, very competitive pricing on all the products they list.
The only real let down (although not a show stopper) is the fact that they don't actually hold stock, they seem to shop around other suppliers for the order. Again not a show stopper however, it does mean that you don't get all your order in one delivery so you can't get into your job without thinking about when things are going to turn up. They do give you delivery dates but my experience was not everything was delivered, had a back order on some items.
I would definitely recommend them but if you are ordering multiple items be aware that they are unlikely to turn up all together.
I will use them again but I will factor in deliveries and wait until I have all the items before I commit to starting the work.

Ordered timber over phone and paid for delivery, got an email a few days later giving delivery date, nothing turned up. When I rung up they had changed delivery and failed to inform me, had to send contractors home which cost me money. They did reimburse me with delivery fee but still lost money, would not recommend

Fast and efficient from initial order, to a slight amendment I made, through to delivery exactly to timescale. Prices were cheapest I could find, with no loss of quality. All items arrived damaged free. Spot on!

It was so easy to order, plus I had to add things my order and it was done straight away with no hassle. Rang up the support team and actually spoke to a human which was great. The staff are so helpful and friendly.

Worse experience from customer service. Originally I put my order in estimated will be delivered for Wednesday, come Tuesday no communication I had to phone the company to confirm it’s getting delivered but they had no idea and was told now I am going to have to wait another 7 days. Now it’s Wednesday no delivery phoned 3 times I was told they will phone me each time. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND GO TO YOUR LOCAL!
