Normally, regardless of star ratings, I would always thank our customers for their business. On this occasion, I won't.

What you've said is basically lies and therefore slanderous.

You have basically, placed and order without checking:

1. What you're actually ordering.
2. The order confirmation we sent you.
3. The invoice we also sent you that did also state the material YOU ordered.

All of these state 10mm Gravel/Shingle. We don't even have a product called ''white granit'' on our website.

Despite me sending you numerous emails that were evidence of your order (all showing 10mm Gravel/Shingle) you still refused to accept any responsibility for YOUR mistake.

You basically expected to get a £180 product for £93. There's a saying in life - if it's too good to be true, it probably is!

Regarding your second lie, saying you tried to contact and no answer is bordering on the ridiculous. Being brutally honest, you were one of the worst customers I've ever dealt with in my 20 years of selling building materials online.

Prior to the delivery, you changed your mind 4 times in relation to the delivery being at the back or front of your property. I had to send you 7 emails to finally get a straight answer. ALL your emails regarding this were answered in a timely fashion.

You then reported you'd had the wrong material sent. Upon investigating to find this was untrue, I then sent another 5 emails in an effort to get a resolution. I offered to get the bag collected (minus the delivery charge which we would not get refunded) with a view to then sending the sort of material you actually wanted and you paying the additional cost. You then told me you'd already used part of the gravel you were supposedly so unhappy with so didn’t want to send it back. Clearly an effort to get an expensive product of the cheap!

For any prospective customers reading this, I cannot stress enough to take care when ordering building materials. Deliveries and returns of heavy/bulky materials is a very costly process.

When you place an order with Buildershop UK, we ALWAYS send out an automatic order confirmation which states what materials were ordered. We then follow this up with a delivery confirmation email. This then has the VAT invoice attached which again, clearly states the goods that have been ordered. Please make sure you check these details carefully.
