Very pleased with the product and service, arrived on time as promised, although delivered to the wrong address it was not the drivers fault, but a neighbour who has the same property number but a different road which caused the confusion, not a problem,

I would love to give this company 5…
I would love to give this company 5 stars, as their customer service was excellent and they kept me up to date of delivery etc. They also ran out of the smaller lengths I ordered so replaced them with longer pieces at no extra cost. Also the price was very competitive . My negative is that the wood supplied was heavily split for the whole lengths, and some of these splits went at least half way through the width (it's a pity I can't put pictures on here to show) so I really can't see how these could be used for structural pieces. I ordered 12 lengths and I would say at least 7 of these pieces heavily split. I required the wood for an outside pergola so for me condition of wood was not as important, but if I required it for anything inside or structural I certainly would have rejected a lot of the wood. It's a shame as didn't want to add anything negative, but have to be truthful to what I found. I don't know how this company works,as the wood was delivered by my local Travis Perkins site, so if it was TP that checked the wood, then they are badly letting this company down.
