Really enjoyed the day cooking with Dina who was very generous with her knowledge and happy to share her skills. Perhaps next time having more opportunities to actually cook rather than watch a demonstration would be nice.

It was a Great day learning how to look after kitchen knives and use them. With a very patient and professional Jules Kane who also helped everyone with the recipes.

I choose a hand painted Italian plate
I choose a hand painted Italian plate, whilst I recognise hand painted items have “blemishes” I was disappointed with the number of white dots on what should have been an all green part of the pattern. I felt I was given one which someone using the shop would not choose.Delivery and timing of the order was fine, as were the other items in the order.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re sorry to hear that the plate you received was not quite what you were expecting.
As these pieces are hand-painted, variations in the colour, pattern and finish are part of their individual character, and no two pieces will look exactly the same.
If you are unhappy with the plate you received, please do send our customer services a few photographs of the item. We would be very happy to take a look and arrange either an exchange or refund for you.

Great frying pan SKK
This is the second SKK frying pan I’ve
bought, they are a little expensive but worth the money.
I also have a large pan of the same make, both with lids.
Lovely to cook with.

All 8 dinner plates arrived in good time and most importantly, packaged securely - all in fantastic condition, no damage at all. When I opened the package and inspected the plates, they looked even more beautiful in-person. I will definitely order again from Divertimenti.

A lovely class
A lovely class. Working in pairs, we baked a whole cake and scones, with Chelsea guiding us at a relaxed pace that was easy to follow. The afternoon tea afterwards was a wonderful touch, so we could enjoy our freshly baked treats alongside delicious sandwiches.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Having looked into your order, the products you purchased are seconds quality, meaning they may have minor cosmetic imperfections or slight variations in finish. This is reflected in the significantly reduced price at which they are offered.
That said, if you are unhappy with the items you have received, our team would be more than happy to arrange a replacement or refund. Please send photos of the items to our customer service team and we will be happy to help.
The shop is great, delivery not so much
The shop is great. Team is super helpful and kind. Selection is good, sometimes a bit overpriced but quality and brands represented are good. Though, it would be better to go to the shop and take a Cab or Uber home, then order online. This is not Divertimenti’s fault necessarily, but it took 3 days to deliver to an address in London W2 on the other side of Hyde Park. That is not great or good enough to what they stand for. I think Divertimenti needs to reconsider the delivery operator. Otherwise, definite go to.

Thank you for your review. We’re glad to hear that you are happy with your order.
All of our orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24, and we completely understand how frustrating delivery delays can be. Royal Mail parcels can travel through different processing centres and delivery routes, so unfortunately being located close to our store does not necessarily mean that a parcel will arrive more quickly.
We appreciate your feedback and hope you enjoy your purchase.
