Divertimenti Omdömen

I haven't received the item in question so cannot give you a good review!!!

Excellent teaching (by Jo Pratt, assisted by Chelsea) and a most enjoyable cookery class.

Stocked items that I was unable to get elsewhere. Order arrived in good time. Every item carefully packaged. Very pleased.

Great evening, well organised and a great chef demo

Easy & quick to place order, quality choice on big range of items with efficient delivery and keen on price

This is my second order from Divertiment and everything has been handled really well by them. Delivery has been next working day on both orders so they are not advertising stuff they haven't got in stock which is always a plus. In short, I have no complaints about the service, support or prices - they seem to offer an all round good service.

I messed my second order up so contacted Divertimenti and cancelled it, the cancellation was handled promptly and without fuss and no hard-sell. The refund was returned to my account within 24 hours. I remade the order and it was delivered next day by Royal Mail.

If there is a criticism, the site could probably do with a 'cancel order' option because once you've clicked the order there is no way to amend or cancel it though this seems to be common practice among online retailers. Perhaps a 'How to cancel' button or link to a web form would help - I just e-mailed customer support and hoped for the best - which did work very well 😀

Great choice of blades very good price superb
Delivery time

Fast delivery. Packaged very well. Item arrived safely. Great price. Love the cheese dish with mouse on top. Bought one as a Christmas gift for my son but when my daughter saw it so had to buy her one too.
Thank you.

The gift was perfect, the delivery too. However I would have liked a gift option at checkout, as in: include a card DON'T include the price. I'm sure lots of people shop online at Divertimenti for gifts, so please consider this. Would've been five stars if that had been a possibility!

Ive already sent an email & very positive Review on Trustpilot. It was a very positive experience which exceeded my expectations. I will definitely book again, funds permitting! It was both educational, entertaining & social. Highly recommend you. Best, Rovianne

Another great Vin a Go Go / Divertimenti wine tasting. Excellent range of wines with knowledgeable insight from Kevin and wonderful food match from Chelsea. The customer interaction made the evening.

quality products, delivered quickly - just what I've always expected and got from Divertimenti

The reason for a low score is due to the fact that when you order on line, your order is accepted and later find out that there are not enough stock to honour your order. This is not the first time.

Tara lead an amazing gluten free bread making class - even better than her amazing bread (Good Grain Bakery)
I can’t wait until her book comes out i the New Year
I’ll definitely be making more GF bread at home - even my wife liked it!

Gobel 28 cm tart tin. Poor quality, very thin and bendy metal. Nothing like the quality Divertimenti used to sell.

Excellent team and organisation
