Easy to order and prompt oven glovedelivery
Easy to order and prompt delivery. Product is as described but the oven gloves are too stiff and rigid which makes them difficult to use such as taking things in and out of the oven, turning oven trays around etc. Hoping they’ll be more pliable after a wash.

Excellent service
I ordered a Peugeot electric bottle opener from Divertimenti to give to a friend. I choose this company because it was offering the item at a discounted price. I arranged for it to be delivered directly to the friends house. I sent an email to customer services asking if they could put in a note to say who it was from, and I had a quick reply saying they would do that. The item was immediately dispatched and arrived in good condition at the friend,s address.

Dreadful delivery
I have no idea how the good are as Royal Mail / Parcel Force can't seem to deliver.
I now have to undertake a 50 mile round trip to collect from the depot.
I would strongly advise Divertimenti to use a different courier company

We appreciate all feedback regarding delivery and completely understand the frustration when a parcel does not arrive as expected.
All of our orders are dispatched using Royal Mail’s 24-hour service. In this instance, Royal Mail attempted delivery twice at the address provided. Following the second unsuccessful delivery attempt, collection of the parcel was arranged.
We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your feedback.
The cookery demonstration was great but…
The cookery demonstration was great but the wine element wasn't.
First there was only one wine, they could of done a small element wine matching and second there was barely any wine. As we paid £65 I would of expected a reasonable amount of refreshments.
