Was very nervous initially to go private about my own mental health. I always pretended I was ok, when I needed help.

The people at Diverse Diagnostics, specifically Victoria Rennie really put my anxiety at ease, made me feel at the centre of every decision and made every effort to do the little things. such as giving you a ring for an update to make sure I wasn't worrying all weekend etc. You genuinely feel cared about and thought of it has been a very pleasant experience. Thank you Victoria for everything you have done. World needs more people like you :)

I have had a thoroughly positive experience with the clinic and all the staff I’ve met with. Their booking system (for appointments) is straightforward and their prescription service is extremely efficient. Reminders are sent prior to appointments or payment deadlines, and post-appointment emails provide a concise summary of points discussed and related medical information.

Every appointment has been thorough and informative, and the consultants and nurses have been exceedingly patient and kind. Staff are extremely well-versed in neurodiversity and how it presents in late-diagnosed adults, and communicate in a clear, yet personable manner.

Encountering neurodivergent staff members has also been unexpectedly reassuring and encouraging - I truly believe hiring professionals with personal experience of living with ADHD is a huge asset to this clinic.

Good response times to email communications, nice to see a service that understands their clientele by sending reminders for appointments and any required submissions or payments. Their willingness to open up online prescriptions a couple months ago has also meant I can get my medication consistently too!

So far my experience has been very positive. The customer service and response times are excellent. I am about to start my medication journey and feel very comfortable using this service.

Robyn was a delight to chat to on the phone. I've talked to so many professionals in the mental health field over the years, a lot of the time talking to a lot of robotic like folk but Robyn really put me at ease and made me feel like she genuinely wanted to help and had looked over my notes. Thank you for helping me articulate what I have been struggling with and explaining everything so well.

Diverse Diagnostics have been seamless to deal with. From initial consultation, through to medication assessments and the parenting programme also. In particular Peter Downer was a particular plus for us, he was able to speak with my 15 year old daughter on a level that she really appreciated and opened up to, all with good humour and banter also...and some great advice for her too that she was happy to take (unlike from myself).

All the people I talk to are extremely friendly and helpful. It's also incredibly easy and quick to book appointments etc. Would recommend them!

Title: Initial Concerns Resolved – Refund Received After Follow-Up

I initially approached Diverse Diagnostics for an ADHD assessment and was asked to pay a £200 non-refundable deposit during a brief 15-minute consultation. As someone with ADHD who can be impulsive, I later felt this situation had taken advantage of my vulnerability, particularly as I wasn’t fully informed about the assessment process, refund policy, or shared-care implications.

After raising my concerns and not receiving a response at first, I eventually spoke with a team leader from Diverse Diagnostics who took the time to listen and understand my situation. They have since agreed to return the £200 deposit as a gesture of goodwill, which I appreciate.

While I still believe the company could improve transparency and communication — especially around costs and shared-care arrangements — I am grateful that they have acknowledged my concerns and made an effort to resolve the matter fairly.

I’m sharing my experience so others can make informed decisions and feel reassured that the company was ultimately willing to listen and take corrective action.

I've only got as far as the intial free 15m telephone asssessment and so far the process has been useful and informative. Would recommend. Going forward is when it can start costing, but I believe you can spread the payments out, so it's not so bad that way.

Absolutely fantastic service. Literally all the staff are absolutely lovely, I had a 15 minute consultation first which was free and very helpful. My proper appointment was booked within 2 weeks, and I got to see Dr Dan who was amazing!!! The whole call took just under two hours, and he was lovely the full way through it honestly felt like chatting with a friend. Got my diagnoses at the end of the appointment and received my full report within a few working days. The only thing I will say is make sure you remember to give them your doctors email, I forgot to which slowed things down slightly but as soon as I sorted that it was plain sailing. Thank you so much again!

I did find the assessment helpful, however it wasn’t as long as I was expecting. Dr Amir was very knowledgable. Not sure if I was expecting more from the whole experience. I would, however recommend Diverse Diagnostics to anybody be who is thinking of an ADHD assessment.

I went for a private ADHD diagnosis for my 10 yr old son who was really struggling in school and day to day life and with one year left until high school we couldn't wait any longer for the NHS as he needed the diagnosis to help him through. We decided on diverse diagnostics because of the great reviews. Initially, we had a few re schedules, which was slightly inconvenient to us, but it's one of them things that can't be helped. From start to finish, they are really helpful and in contact all the time. They also responded really quickly to any emails that I sent over. We had Dr Lalith Chandrakantha, and what a lovely Dr he was!! He was really helpful sufficient, chatty and he was a really nice man and a really nice Dr. On our final review, he said to my son "I have a little statement from your school to read out" to which my son sighed. Dr Lalith turned around to my son and said with such ease , "You are a good boy," and that one sentence will live with us peacefully, for eternity. My son needed to hear that, and I will forever be grateful. We never opted in for treatment, as we got we needed in the diagnosis itself. Thank you team and a huge thank you to Dr Lalith.

Robyn was so understanding and helpful. I felt really validated after speaking to her and I’m excited to get started on my journey to a diagnosis.

Clinical care advisors are always kind to me! Always accommodating and kindly send prompting emails as I have a busy inbox and life schedule!

All the staff are really friendly and accommodating. They treat you with respect. Never a silly question. Replies quickly to questions. I like the fact you can email them instead of calling. Process of getting diagnosed was easy and the aftercare has been excellent.
