After reading the reviews, I was really put off but had already placed my order. I was given a delivery timescale of 20th January - 31st January. I received an email on 25th January informing me my delivery would take place between 2pm - 6pm. The team were amazing! They were extremely polite and respectful of my property. The headboard itself was of a better quality than I thought it would be. I would definitely order from them again in the future and highly recommend this company. I am very happy with my purchase!

I'd leave a big fat ZERO stars but you can't, bought a sofa-bed in the sale, was given a delivery date by 02 of January ... it's now the 15th and no delivery. Emailed and got a reply saying Mark would pass it on to the resolution team ??? ... 48 hours later still no contact. After emailing again I decided to look at Divan Beds reviews on Trust Pilot and it was not a good read. I have now told the company if they do not make a full refund by close of business Friday I will start Small Claims Court proceedings against them as the reviews were so bad they simply can't be a legitimate business. ABSOLUTE RIP OFF

What can I say. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY OR ANY OTHER TRADING NAME OF FURNITURE FRONT LTD
This company has zero customer service skills. They fail to adequately resolve customer complaints when sending out damaged goods and then sending out the incorrect replacement. Offering solutions then retracting them saying that the items are out of stock even when the exact same bed is still been sold online with a delivery date before the 3rd January. Pay a cheaper price risk the perils of poor products, poor service and no come back if things go wrong. Lesson learnt but just want to warn other consumers before they have to have any dealings with this farce of a company.

In short don't use them. Ever!
An embarrassment of a company.
A friend recommended them to me (and then told me their bed was delivered without fittings). Based on the price I thought I'd give them a go. How wrong I was.
After the initial purchase I received no communication for days. I emailed for an update and got a generic and pointless reply.
I then recieved an email to say the bed would be delivered Saturday 6 to 10pm, praise the lord, it's all good.
Alas, 4 hours of peering through the blinds and no bed, no phone call, no communication just another night on the sofa.
Days pass, my emails sit ignored. By this point I have emailed to say cancel the order. No response.
Then, to my surprise, (though was I really surprised), an email saying delivery will be Friday completly ignoring my cancel request. Well I was out the country, I emailed again, silence. The phone rings Friday, I assume the poor driver is at the house and is unable to deliver the bed.
So, after many more emails demanding a full refund not being replied to, the answer.
Tell the company I will be requesting a charge back from my credit card. Amazing, emails start coming in, they will refund the money, they will also tag my address and management will have to review any future orders in my name. Oh no, how will I cope!
The money finally appeared on my statement. Do not use this company!

I read the reviews here and was dubious, but after I spoke to Natalie, she told me the bed industry is very competitive and there are a lot of competitors leaving negative reviews to damage the company name. Absolutely brilliant company. Ordered this on a Sunday evening and it arrived Tuesday. What great service. The lady I spoke to to arrange delivery was very friendly and helpful (I hope you got the biscuits). Was a bit dubious that it might not be such a great buy due to the price being so low and reviews as I mentioned. Boy was I wrong. Fantastic value for money. I would definitely buy from them again. Quality item delivered quickly, easy to assemble.

Looks really good quality and great value for money. Bought 2 and they both look great! Very happy. Only thing to note is that I couldn’t see where you could specify what side you wanted the drawers on (it didn’t matter anyway but the blurb suggests you can have it how you want). Love the bed though.

Absolutely shocking company where do I start😡
Made an order end of August for Divan bed with chrome feet, headboard and mattress.
About 10 days later the divan base arrives damaged and no chrome feet.
Sent email explaining this and they send out the chrome feet in a couple days which when I try to fit them I find the holes which you insert them into are misaligned.
A bed exchange is then made after a message 10pm the night before exchange so had to get son up at 6am to repack the bed and lift back downstairs.
Day of exchange what could possibly go wrong?? So I refit feet and yes all looks good then unpack mattress and guess what yes it's the wrong size they have sent out.
Oct 15th mattress exchange date has been set contact made and emails sent that it's all going ahead for MATTRESS exchange but no I was wrong! driver arrives from Yorkshire asking for Divan base exchange and explained no it's supposed to be a mattress exchange😡so as of now this order has still not been completed after days off work and lumbering bed and mattresses up stairs and repacking un packing and emails sent asking for reimbursement of packing materials and wasted days off and basically ignoring you on this I say to you all is it worth it? You decide🙄They don't want to accept the blame of so many problems it's disgusting!
Update on the mattress exchange which was happening the same day 1 van delivering and 1 different van collecting, well I did eventually get the delivery of my son's mattress but waited in all day for collection of oversized but never happened so now I have this extra mattress stored in my living room till god knows when it's amazing how a company can get so many things wrong.

Ordered our new bed. Easy to put together. Happy to have draw storage under the bed. Easy glider feet on the base are useful and work well. Was a little surprised by the diamanté studded headboard as you can’t see that detail in the picture ! Delivery was on time and driver was also very kind and respectful. The quality of the divan and mattress is superb and you can tell it will last. I also ordered a mattress cover which came in 2 days and fits the bed perfectly. Very happy with my purchase and so is my husband !

Worst mattress I’ve ever slept on and worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Please do not buy from them.

The website had some glitch but if you use the chat service you can be connected to a certain Zack that proved to be very friendly in helping with the order. Two weeks after, during a weekend as agreed, Faruq and Shef professionally delivered and installed the 3 beds in the right rooms. They were very polite and kind. So far the customer service skills were very good and if the quality is matching the service I will surely be back for more products if I need them

The quality of these products is abismal, and the service you get when something is wrong, is worse than the quality.

The order process is a mess of options and then you get no email to confirm your order. When something does turns up wrong tell you you should have checked your order, but you cant. Returns policy states if you have uinpacked it you cant return the item, but you cant see if its what you wanted until you unopack it, as it comes wrapped in brown paper.

Complete waste of money. Dont buy from them.

This bed is just amazing - the thick, lovely mattress and beautiful headboard are top-notch. The only issue I found is that it could do with more slats, but apart from that, I would definitely make another purchase.

I was really pleased with my purchase because it included everything I needed at a great price. The best part was that the two drawers were already installed and I could choose which side to have them on because the bed base had predrilled holes for the headboard. The material is of good quality and the base feels sturdy. The feet easily push in and lock, giving it a classy look. I was particularly impressed with the thickness of the mattress, which is perfect for my tall son. Often, beds end up being too low or the mattress is thinner when bought as a package, but not in this case. The seller even called me to let me know about the delivery, which arrived right on time. The courier was polite and helpful, making the whole experience even better. I've already recommended this to a few friends because I'm so impressed.

I ordered a hybrid memory foam matress when it came it was awful cheap nasty horrible quality.
I arranged a return they told me 49 00 torture wasn't happy but I agreed . When I had .y refund they kept 46.00 I contacted them and they said the plastic bag the item was in was ripped I have photos to disprove this and I told them .
They replied ut cost 46.00 to the driver to mend the plastic covering before putting it on his van.
This is a blatant lie .
Please do not use this company they will rip you off.

Divan-beds. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I made the mistake of ordering a mattress and received an email saying they'd received my payment. Then several more emails confirming. I then sent £49 to have the old mattress taken away. They then told me my payment hadn't gone through, I checked and it hadn't. When I emailed back asking why my payment had been confirmed as paid, when it hadn't,, and asking for my £49 returned.
It took several weeks of me emailing frequently to get a reply, and that was they've taken it as 20% deposit for a new mattress.

They also don't have a working phone number and the sales chat bot doesn't work. Save your money and go to a company that will not conn you

I was pleasantly surprised when I received the bed. It exceeded my expectations compared to the picture shown. The headboard is beautifully large, heavy, and thick. It truly gives off an expensive look. The bed frame was exactly what I needed and it looks fantastic with my mattress on top. Now I don't have to worry about getting a valance for my bed. The charcoal grey color is not only lovely but also plush, not dark and dull. I am very pleased with this purchase and it is definitely worth the money. I highly recommend it. Thank you so much, A*

Love the bed I bought from Divan Beds. It's comfortable, looks nice, headboard nice n big, mattress is cosy and soft. Easy to put together and mattress comes carefully packed. Excellent value. Delivered by really helpful lovely people too, Thanks Terry and Gavin you were real stars with your delivery. Excellent all round. The 2 drawers are a real bonus too. Theplush velvety material is lovely too, it comes with some little feet too that clip into the base to give that extra height. Highly recommend for the price too. Thank you perfect

I initially had concerns about purchasing a bed online, but I am pleasantly surprised. I really wish I had bought it earlier. It arrived in just about a week, and I received an email within days informing me of the delivery date. Two delivery guys kindly brought it into my hallway. The bed base comes in two pieces that you easily connect together. However, the two drawers are positioned differently from what the picture showed. The feet of the bed look incredibly stylish. The mattress is incredibly comfortable and thick, topped with memory foam. The headboard is absolutely gorgeous, and attaching the feet to it is a breeze. I would definitely recommend this bed to anyone. It deserves a solid five-star rating, no doubt about it.

Not allowed to leave no stars pleas do not use this company I ordered a pillow topped mattress in November got an text to say being delivered on Friday no mattress arrived tried to call but the line is disconnected sent an email did get a reply saying they would chase after a week sent another email to cancel the order to be told I would have to refuse delivery as it was with UPS
More emails from me to them and still no mattress . Get a telephone call in January from another company to dat we are looking to deliver your mattress this week it turns out divan beds placed an order via eBay on 21December with an other company for my mattress !! Nearly a month after I had ordered it . So not only did they lie telling me it was with UPS but took my money and then placed the order late I had to call my credit card company to refund as divan beds would not help please do not use this company don’t walk RUN from making any purchase with them

I reluctantly gave 1 star to be able to write the review as i would like to give them minus 5 stars. Like the previous customer I ommitted to read reviews before purchasing a velvet bed with mattress and headboard which from the description looked nice. I purchased this for my young grandaughter who weighs less.than 5 stone. The bed was used for 3 months of which 6 of those weeks it was not slept on! the mattress springs dipped significantly and caused my granddaughter to slip out of the bed if she moved in her sleep to the outside. The Headboard does not stand on the base squarely and when I then asked the company to send me a.full refund and come and collect the bed, sending them photos clearly showing the problems, they wasted time by keep asking for more details and more photos describing the issue in various different ways, which all mounted to the same thing that i had already given them, that the bed was mis sold as was not fit for purpose, i have had many a cheap spring mattress lasting me years not just weeks and I am a lot heavier than 5 stone! One of the stupid excuses.they gave me after wasting so much time that I was out of the 120 day exchange or refund period was.that the mattress should not be sat on, well....... how do you get into a bed if you don't sit on it first? and even so this should not have happened. This is a shambles.of a scam company and I would suggest anyone looking for a decent bed and mattress do not come to this company as they have no morals and do not deserve to be trading! If i had done my homework properly i would never had purchased from these scammers. I have had to now buy another bed which my granddaughter has slept on every day for the past 5 months and its as sturdy and firm as the day it was delivered but of course costing me to replace, so after seeking legal advice and being assured i have a case, i am at present taking procedures.to sue this company for the recovery of my money and all expenses incurred, for the mis sold bed and mattress and i am also reporting them to the police and trading standards! I repeat this is a sham company that don't deserve to be trading and I aim to get them closed down forthwith
