Still waiting for refund ordered 27th September cancelled immediately so never left warehouse shouldn't be allowed robbing gets

Should have read the reviews before ordering. Ottoman single bed and headboard are decent quality, reflective of the price. Mattress is poor quality, but in this instance you get what you pay for. Delivery should have been within 10 days but got email on day 9 saying it would be in 6 days time. Fair enough, but they didn’t deliver the bed, just mattress and headboard. Driver showed me paper work to say it was missing but this wasn’t communicated before hand. Unable to get through on phone and although first email reply seemed personal, had to chase for an update, which came with a new date and time slot. Nothing to acknowledge the delay. Unsurprisingly, delivery didn’t turn up and again no communication to let us know. After asking for an update or a refund, I was sent a new delivery date. Again, no apology or update to what was going on. Bed eventually got delivered 6 weeks after ordering. The lack of communication is terrible and and the price wasn’t worth the hassle

Divan Beds, the worst company I have ever come across. Ordered bed weeks ago, quick to take your money, but don't deliver. They are an embarrassment and Customer service is abysmal at best. I got a text message saying I declined the order date (I didn't), when I tried to ring, I got an automated message of 'high number of calls' and then getting cut off after 5 minutes. E-mails are just as bad, it's a generic e-mail saying the order is delayed. Dreadful dreadful service, they are a scam company. I've requested a refund but I doubt they'll even acknowledge the e-mail and i've already started the legal process. I've been well and truly scammed.

Paid over £500 for an ottoman bed and orthopedic mattress, but got a sinking mattress. I started complaining 3 days that the size of the mattress is not what I ordered for... Just back and forth. Barely 6months now, mattress has sinked. I bought orthopedic for my back pains but unfortunately I now live on ibuprofen to relieve pain.
Trust this company at your own risk.

Great value! I’m super impressed with this bed! It’s stunning and looks even better in real life. I was unsure about purchasing at first, but as I know there are a lot of other businessses attacking eachother on here! Plush they have there own reviews on their website, which includes images of the customers own beds! Anyway, the delivery was perfectly on time, which I really appreciated. The price was quite fair for the quality, and it feels really solid and well-constructed. All in all, I’m really pleased with this buy! Im looking to get a smart bed with led lights and usb charging points for my sons room next!

Divan beds is by far the worst ever bed company that I have ordered a bed from they are so pathetic and unprofessional. They have no actual shop where u can see personally a item in store and no based customer service system I ordered a bed and Thais 2 weeks max and then a few days later they cancelled my bed order and refunded my money without telling myself why.

Make sure no body buys or order a bed or any other item from this crap buisness or u will be be in big stress and big headache

Ordered some fabric samples, paid £6 per sample, £24 to be precise by bank transfer 14 days ago, was told 1-10 working day delivery, didn't turn up, tried to email them and still NOTHING, they keep ignoring emails now.

Will be raising scam with my bank and get their accounts frozen. Disgusting company.

Please be very careful when buying from this Conpany. I purchased a firm mattress only 6 weeks ago, to find the mattress has dipped on one side, after several emails I received a response this evening stating I had made a limp effort to picture evidence the stated fault to my mattress. I will be taking matters further with the small claims court as my mattress is not “fit for purpose” meaning I was missold this mattress. Avoid at all costs. The lesson I have learned is I wish I’d have seen these reviews before I purchased

The look and quality of this is outstanding. Beautiful cream velvet style headboard, solid build, 2 smooth spacious drawers. Looks much more expensive than it was. I searched for many hours across many retailers to find something decent that wasn't overpriced and this is easily the best deal I found anywhere. It arrived quickly, was very well packaged and the delivery was smooth. I really cannot recommend this enough!

Out of interest after paying for a bed i looked them up on companys house, wish i had done it before paying,

this is a business you do not want to give money to because the second you do thats when the nightmare begins

I want to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by this company. I strongly advise against purchasing from this organisation due to their apparent lack of integrity and inadequate customer care. My experience has demonstrated that they do not respond to emails or answer phone calls in a timely manner. Regrettably, I now wish I had chosen a different vendor, even if it would have meant incurring a higher cost.

Furthermore, the delivery time was extended to four weeks instead of the promised one week. This has created considerable inconvenience for me, as I have had to sleep on the sofa due to my current health condition. The company has shown no concern for my situation, and I am still awaiting a response to my email regarding a request for compensation. It is the 28th of July now and I am still waiting for my compensation for both beds, they have only just confirmed compensation for one bed due to their lack of efficiency, now I have to email everydays until I get a response. AVOID THIS PEOPLE AT ALL COST!!!

I was unsure whether to order, with the odd negative review, but ive been told most are from other furniture companies, and seems like they were right! You guys are the best! I was looking for a sturdy / nice looking bed frame that was affordable. This hits all the marks!!! Do NOT skip this company, the beds are so well made and mine was delivered on time, you won’t regret it!! Assembly is easy, it is not squeaky, and very comfortable!! Super happy. The only place I was able to get a bed that charges my phone, has a power outlet for my fan, lights up my walking area around my bed and looks amazing.

I only wish that I'd looked at Trust Pilot before this. I made an online order in early April and it still hasn't arrived. In the meantime, I moved homes and now the company is threatening to charge me with cancellation charges if I don't keep them to their original delivery date due to my 'changing of delivery address'. My delivery date is 04 June. I ordered 04 APRIL.

Terrible service.
I ordered a bed, they ignored my emails.
They told me it would be delivered on a Saturday and no bed arrived.
They then tried to deliver it when I told them I was away.
They refused to cancel the order and tried to charge me.
I would not use this company if they were the last bed company on earth.

Ordered a double bed Easter weekend, this should have been a 5-7 day delivery, after 10 days I rang Divan beds, and was informed delivery was booked for 4th May, had email from delivery company giving me a 3 hour window for this but had you send a reply to confirm. Email bounced back, I also received a text which I also replied to. Waited all afternoon but bed did not arrive. Called the bed company only to be told they had many complaints about the delivery people. But delivery would definitely be on the 11th May ETA 16.45. By 18.00 we gave up. At 22.00 got a call to say bed would be with by 22.20. The bed was delivered, but communication about the delivery was appalling. Please think twice before ordering from this company.

Ordered two smart bedside cabinets at the beginning of March. The first one arrived two weeks later damaged. I contacted them to ask where my other one was and to inform the one I had received was damaged. They said the other was in its way and that they would send me a label for the return of the damaged one. The label came and after trailing it to the post office I found that the label would not scan. I informed Divsn beds who basically called me a liar and said that I hadn’t even bothered to return it. After a few more email exchanges another returns label was sent and lo and behold this doesn’t work either. I decided to pay for the return myself as I was sick of it. We eventually received the other cabinet which was ok, not the best quality but ok. When I enquired about a replacement I was informed that they are out of stock and they would email me when back in stock. I haven’t heard anything until today when I emailed them to chase it up. I have now been informed that they have issued a refund!!! No explanation or anything!!! I am now left with one bedside cabinet that is no use as we wanted matching ones!!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COWBOY COMPANY!!!

Customer purchase, not a competitor!
1) I have purchased 4 drawers’ bed, not two (2) as "Divan Beds" trying to present as a NEW VERSION. Who needs a new version with missing items, i.e. two (2) baskets (not drawers)? The true advert information should state-Italian Design Bed-Made in China. Not UK. All bedding & bed linen will absorb all dust under the bed through those mesh baskets (not a closed drawers).
It would NOT take 15 minutes to assemble as stated. It took 3 weeks to deliver on 3 different days (one bed-three deliveries!!) and around 2 hours to assemble.
2) Divan Bed asked me buy the accident cover as stated that could be a damage during the delivery, hence - I have purchased the cover. There is a catch. This is not a one-time cover for any accidents during delivery. This is 3- or 6-months subscription.
3) Advert- the bed "MEET ALL UK & EU QAULITY and SAFETY SATNDARDS" - well. All British made items MUST meet ALL UK and EU QUALITY and SAFETY Standards. I am not sure who has approved that Chinese furniture (made in China stamps), received with missing 2x drawers, meets UK quality and safety standards? Divan Beds approved this??? This is not an approval. (BSI) -British Standards Institution. Standards and accreditation play an important role in the UK’s National Quality Infrastructure (NQI). They help to ensure businesses and consumers can have confidence that products and services they purchase meet regulatory requirements. I’ve requested the link form the reputable British standards agency, who approved this Chinese bed for quality and safety? As I would like to call them or send them an email, to check if this bed has been definitely approved for a quality and safety. Still waiting since 16/02/2025.

My bed frame was delivered on the 2/11/2024. The delivery drivers were extremely polite and assembled everything quickly and efficiently. My mattress was delayed due to the courier they used and this was a palaver. Aside from both divan bed king and yodel not caring that I missed two days worth of work because there was an issue with the delivery address (by fault of the mattress company as I entered it correctly to Divan Bed King) they didn’t care to discuss compensation for two days of missed work.

Aside from that issue, the bed itself is great, the mattress is very comfortable. There’s a missing crystal on the headboard, but it’s near enough perfect. There’s bed is white so I’m happy it arrived pristine, no marks etc.

Love the bed, not too delighted with the customer service.

Just had our smart bed with firm mattress delivered. One night in this bed was awful, despite them saying this is a firm mattress as per order but not being able to evidence this, this mattress is most definitely not firm. We previously had a silent night firm mattress and their is no comparison. Disgusting they won't even acknowledge that an error was made in sending out the wrong mattress. A firm mattress you should not be sinking in it. I have a firm mattress due to back issues. So now having to order a further mattress from elsewhere. What a waste of money, bad customer service 😒

My delivery was 6 in morning which delivers at this time i had a phone call 15 min before to say softened would be delivered i had no email , no text , no call to say it would even be delivered on this date
I got a delivery date between 4 weeks what a joke ,the poor delivery driver must get an ear full of customers wasnt his fault its the shambles of a company
When you get phone calls this early your heart drops and think the worst
