Non-existent customer service
My tie arrived about 10 days after I made the ordere.
I contacted the customer service to get information about the shipment but I never received a response from them.

The tie you purchased was a pre-order item, with an estimated shipping date of November 10th. This information was provided on our website both at the time of pre-purchase and in your order confirmation. Your tie was shipped on November 11th, which is only one day beyond the estimated shipping timeframe.
We would also like to highlight that the term “estimated” is used intentionally, as it allows for some flexibility. While we strive to adhere to these timelines as closely as possible, occasional minor deviations can occur.

I’m very satisfied with the quality of the tie—it looks and feels premium, exactly as advertised. The fabric has a great texture, and the color is vibrant, making it perfect for both formal and casual occasions. However, I was a bit disappointed by the additional customs fee, which I wasn’t expecting. It would be great if this could be clarified upfront. Overall, a great product, but keep the extra charges in mind when ordering internationally.

Due to Brexit, shipments to Europe may be subject to import duties, which is something we strive to make transparent. Good product, though some remarks
Hi,
Thank you for the products—delivery was smooth and timely.
I have one comment regarding the shirts: the two buttons on the collar are difficult to close with my fingers. Additionally, I find the collar tips a bit too large for my taste.
No comments on the ties—they are splendid!
