Great ties, poor packaging
First off, I really love Diroma ties and appreciate the brand’s engagement on Instagram. Unfortunately, the shipping and packaging seem to have declined compared to last year. While I can put up with the increased shipping costs, my tie arrived wrinkled due to inadequate packaging. I strongly recommend using a hard carton or more protective packaging to prevent damage during shipping—ties deserve to arrive in perfect condition. I hope this is something that can be improved moving forward, as I’d love to keep buying more of those beautiful ties!

I will gladly wear it, recommend it to friends, and definitely order again. The only downside is the long delivery time. I would love it if you added an option for faster delivery for an additional fee.

As a person who takes product quality and customer service seriously, I have found a definite go-to menswear boutique. Angelo is not only extremely knowledgeable and responsive, but also has direct influence on how the products are designed and produced. They have a business that they can be proud of. Just as good as bigger luxury houses, but for a reasonable price point.
