Amazing customer service
The dresses on the website are beautiful.. If I could afford all of them I would buy them all. I recently purchased a dress that needed an exchange for a bigger size.. Customer service the prompt delivery of my dress was 10/10.. Not only did they deal with me in kindness but understood my concern with such grace.. I highly recommend this company not only are the dresses beautiful and unique but the customer satisfaction is amazing..

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service , ordered a dress I had been waiting to come back into stock for wedding and the wrong item arrived . I needed the dress the next day and they immediately rectified the issue and sent the correct item via next day delivery. Honestly incredibly impressed by the level of attentiveness, incredible service.
The dress was beautiful on and got lots of compliments including from the bride and mother of the bride . Will definitely head to lace and beads when I need an occasion dress in future

Perfect wedding guest dress
Perfect wedding guest dress, I ordered a 12 and am usually between 10/12 and it fit me perfectly, there was also room for my 34FF chest.

Outstanding customer service
I received outstanding customer service from Lace & Beads. I needed to return my first dress as it was too small but had only a short time to replace with a bigger size in time for my neices wedding. Sadiq from customer care responded to my e mail within 2 hours. He provided my returns label by return e mail and allowed me to screenshot the proof of posting so that he could arrange delivery of the larger size. I received the larger size the next day! Above and beyond!
The dress is beautifully made (Madison maxi in blue dahlia) and with quality fabric.
I am so happy with my dress and the excellent experience with Lace&Beads customer care.
I highly recommend them.

Expensive Return Process
Do not order unless you are prepared to organise the return yourself - it cost me £10 to return and I had to set up my own Evri courier to drop it off at. Furthermore, you have to start the return within 14 days to receive a refund.
The dress was cute but felt cheap considering the price.
Update - Lace and Beads reached out to me to offer to refund my postage fees which was a kind gesture of goodwill. They also said they are working on setting up a returns portal which is good to hear!!

Second to none customer service
My return was held by Royal Mail through no fault of the companies or mine and upon raising the query with customer service at lace & beads they investigated and responded quickly the customer service was professional yet compassionate and they agreed to action my refund without even recieved the dress back yet I appreciate this very much! I will be ordering from them again in the near future

The best customer service ever …
The customer service I received from Lace & Beads was so outstanding I felt it needed to be shared. I needed the dress I bought to arrive in time for our daughter’s wedding at very short notice, but couldn’t see an express delivery option at the time of ordering.
My request to pay for faster shipping was not only answered incredibly quickly, but tracked express delivery was offered free of charge! I also received the loveliest wishes for my daughter’s special day and a discount off our next order. Just incredible service, I wish all shopping experiences were half as good! 5 stars!

Excellent customer service and beautiful dresses
I had a very positive experience with Lace & Beads customer service. I unfortunately ran into some customs challenges when returning two dresses internationally, but the team, especially Sadiq, was incredibly patient, responsive, and helpful throughout the whole process.
Communication was very quick, professional, and understanding from start to finish, and they ultimately resolved the situation fairly and kindly. It genuinely felt like they cared about finding a good solution rather than just following policy.
The dresses themselves were also beautiful and great quality. I ended up keeping one of the dresses and absolutely love it.
I really appreciate the support and would definitely recommend Lace & Beads to others. Thank you again to the whole team!

The dress I ordered was beautiful
The dress I ordered was beautiful, even prettier than the image. I ordered a size 12 when normally a 10 but I did this going by Lace and Beads size guide. The dress arrived very promptly, would definitely buy from them again
