Je passe commande d'un article onéreux, la commande doit m'être livré le jeudi. Le jour J, leur prestataire (UPS) ne se présente pas. J appelle donc Dior pour demander une solution. Aucune ne m'est proposée puisque selon eux, "la maison Dior fait de la couture et non de la logistique" et que si UPS indique être passé ils ne pourront rien faire. Génial pour un article à 800 euros. Le remboursement de mon article en question se fera sous 10 jours puisque, toujours selon eux, je ne suis pas leur seul client et les personnes traitant les retours ont autre chose à faire. Dior ? Plus jamais ! Les services clients de site de vente grand public sont nettement plus efficaces.

THEY DONT ACCEPT RETURN invented defects // arrogant support customer

COMPLAIN Dior order n°5800002256
I received the item, returned and DIOR just did not accept the return, despite of UE law. It´s a 3500 euros jacket and since january i dont have the money. They send me back the item and the problem they said jacket have was not there. I send them back again and this is the answer:

“ Dear Mrs. Furtado,

We would like to thank you for our recent conversation.

Your tracking number will be your proof that we received your item in our facilities.

The current delay for after sale service to expertise your item is 12 weeks from the moment we received your item.

We will be in touch with you after this timeframe, meanwhile you won't receive any communication from us.

Imagine that you buy something from this value, dont want to keep because it doesnot fit and you are obligated to keep despite of in union european you have total right to return in 14 days. I found the most arrogant people i talked at a customer service. Four months passed and no money or answer.

Awful customer service online purchase

Awful customer service purchased a matte lipstick online. Was virtually tried on, the lipstick arrived and wasn’t a matte shade more of a cream lipstick. Contacted customer services to be told I couldn’t have a refund or exchange.

Two issues to complain about....

I received my package and it was empty, no ring inside! I called Their 0207 number to report it immediately. I had to follow this up three times and nothing was done, then this last week I thought I was finally getting somewhere only to receive an email saying “We are unable to process the complaint as the investigation shows no stock gap”. I find it hard to believe this was actually looked into at all.

It is simply not good enough! When I spend £240 on a ring I expect to receive it. Or to be issued some type of compensation? I have been offered nothing apart from apologies. I sent photos of the empty box and I have now posted the box back to France via UPS.

My second issue

Whilst on a call to UPS organising for my empty box to be collected, I asked them to track this order as it was weeks late. It now appears the parcel has been lost! So I have had to raise a claim via UPS now, this really was the icing on the cake for me.

So basically I have spent over £400 with what I thought was one of the most prestigious and beautiful brands in the world, turns out I get better treatment from Amazon. I will never order from Them again, I simply can’t stand the anxiety of placing an order worrying it won’t arrive!

They asked me to send a hand written letter to France to appeal this, I am not waiting for a letter to be received then to be told it was not sent or that nothing can be done.

I find it absolutely disgusting service an I am so angry about this situation. Nothings been done, I now have to chase UPS up on their investigation over my missing parcel!

They should be ashamed!

Give me my replacement!!

I ordered the gift set order number 05781140.
The spice blend arrived broken! I have been trying to chase for a replacement since Feb and on 9/2/21 I was assured that the replacement would be sent out to me. Unfortunately this has not happened, complained to customer said nothing can be done. Their offices are closed and I have to wait until they are opened. Asked to return the perfume and they have refused because the rest are used! Richard the manager was not pleasant and quite arrogant in his approach! He told me nothing can be done period!Dior kindly rectify this is not right for a high end brand I absolutely love! I am very dissatisfied and disappointed in how my complaints have been handled! Richard proceeded in saying I will get a free gift due to the inconvenience as if that is supposed to solve anything! What a disgrace!!

Alors pour ma part mauvaise expérience…

Alors pour ma part mauvaise expérience avec Dior, en effet j'ai un litige avec mon propriétaire qui reçoit mes colis à ma place. Je n'ai donc pas reçu mon colis sachant que j'ai souscrit à l'assurance pour perte de colis. Au lieu de régler mon souci, ils ont préféré bloquer mon compte (super...).

Dior missed labeled one of my three…

Dior missed labeled one of my three boxes. I called customer service multiple times before I got through to someone, only to be told she wasn’t sure what happened and that she would get back to me by the end of the day. That was on Monday. Today is Friday and here I am calling repeatedly to try to get an answer. I have basically paid for an item that I haven’t received and now may not receive by Christmas despite ordering it weeks in advance. It’s a shame the team at the Bond st. store are great. The online teams and the so called ambassadors need a lot of help. It’s so awful I won’t shop there again.

Miserable

Ich habe meine Bestellung 200036634 bereits vor sieben Wochen retourniert und habe bisher den noch offenen Betrag von 2200 € nach wie vor nicht zurück erstattet bekommen. Ich bin entsetzt über den miserablen Service von Dior und hätte dieses bei der wunderschönen Mode niemals erwartet. E-Mails werden nicht beantwortet, der telefonische Kundenservice ist inkompetent, Ich kann nur jedem von einer Onlinebestellung dringend abraten. Ich bestelle wirklich viel online, habe aber niemals zuvor so einen schlechten Service wir bei Dior erlebt. Einen Betrag mehr als 8 Wochen nicht rückzuerstatten zu bekommen zwingt mich jetzt dazu einen Anwalt einzuschalten. Wie schade.....😡

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE ONLINE PERFUME CUSTOMER SERVICE AT DIOR HAS BEEN AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!

I ORDERED A PERFUME ON THEIR OFFICIAL WEBSITE, ON 05/09/2020, FOR THE AMOUNT OF $80.44, AS SHOWN IN THE OFFICIAL INVOICE N° 1865403 I RECEIVED FROM THEM, ATTACHMENT N°1 AND THE CONFIRMATION OF THE PAYMENT I MADE USING PAYPAL, ATTACHMENT N°2.

THE ORDER WAS DELIVERED, ON 05/15/2020, AND WAS SUPPOSED TO BE SENT IN A "COUTURE GIFT WRAP", WHICH IS WHY I PURCHASED IT ONLINE. IT WAS TO BE OFFERED AS A GIFT. WHAT I GOT, INSTEAD, WAS THE PERFUME, IN A LARGE CARDBOARD BOX, WITH NO GIFT WRAP. THIS VERY UPSETTING SITUATION MADE ME RETURN IT TO THEM, FOLLOWING THEIR RETURN POLICIES: UNOPENED IN ITS CELLOPHANE, IN THE ORIGINAL CARDBOARD BOX, WITH THE COMPLETED RETURN FORM. I USED THE PROVIDED RETURN LABEL. I TOOK IT TO USPS, ON 05/21/2020, WELL WITHIN THE 30 DAYS RETURN WINDOW, AND PAID $14.90 AT MY OWN EXPENSE. A FEW DAYS LATER, I RECEIVED A NOTIFICATION FROM USPS, CONFIRMING THAT MY PARCEL, WITH THE RETURN TRACKING NUMBER # 9505 5130 1083 0142 4907 05, ATTACHMENT N°3, WAS RECEIVED BY THE DIOR PERFUME WAREHOUSE, ON 05/26/2020, AT 1:13 PM, ATTACHMENTS N°4 AND N°5.

I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED ANY ACKNOWLEDGMENT FROM DIOR THAT THE PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED TO THEM, NOR HAVE I RECEIVED THE REFUND THAT IS DUE. I HAVE CONTACTED THE ONLINE PERFUME CUSTOMER SERVICE SEVERAL TIMES, BY E-MAIL, DIRECTLY FROM THEIR WEBSITE USING THEIR MESSAGE CENTER, THE LIVE CHAT REMAINING CLOSED, BUT THEY ARE UNABLE TO FIND ANY RECORD OF MY PURCHASE, MY RETURN SHIPMENT, OR EVEN THE TRACKING NUMBER WHICH I HAVE PROVIDED DIRECTLY TO THEM. GETTING THEIR ATTENTION SEEMED TO BE A CHALLENGE.

AT THIS POINT IN TIME, I'M SO EXASPERATED BY THEIR SHABBY ONLINE PERFUME CUSTOMER SERVICE, THAT I'M ESCALATING THE PROBLEM WITH THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND HOPING THEY CAN HELP ME.

OVERALL, THIS IS A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ONLINE PERFUME CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT DOESN'T DESERVE TO BE WORKING FOR SUCH A HIGH CLASS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. AND, THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED FOR THAT. I'M USED TO GET LUXURY SERVICES AND HAVE PERSONALLY NEVER HAD SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE. I LOVE THEIR PRODUCTS, BUT BE AWARE THAT IF YOU EVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEIR PERFUME ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE...GOOD LUCK!!!

Dior bande d’incapables

Incapables de réaliser une commande en bonne et due forme !!! Incapable de satisfaire les clients !!! Servicle client pas du tout à l’ecoute !!! Grossièrement J’ai plus d’estime pour excréments de lapin que pour Dior !!! Dior c’est cher et vous n’etes Pas assurés de rêve voir votre commande même après avoir dépenser 285 euros !!! Prendre l’argent ils savent faire , satisfaire le client ça reste utopique !!!
