I am very satisfied with the services of this company, from the beginning of the registration until I handed over the car at night, 2 hours before the plane. The staff is very attentive, they answered all my questions, the car was provided clean, comfortable, economical - everything I needed. I give 10 stars to the guy who helped me register the car at the company's reception. Nice price and conditions, I will definitely contact them again.

I booked an Opel Astra at Milan Malpensa Airport. I waited for the shuttle for around 15 minutes, which was fine.

The company provided me with a brand‑new Citroën C3 Aircross with only 8 km on the odometer. The process was quite fast, and there were no annoying attempts to upsell additional insurance—just a simple question: “Would you like our insurance with these benefits?” I said no, and that was it.

After 3 days of rental, I returned the car quickly. Since I didn’t cause any damage, the vehicle inspection was very fast.
The staff was friendly.

I would recommend this rental company in Milan.

El dia 29 de marzo 2026, al llegar a la recogida del coche reservado en la web Check24 y parcialmete pagado , el operador de Differental no ha querido acceptar ninguna de las 3 tarjetas de credito que le he presentado para el pago de la fianza a pesar que las 3 estaban perfectamente en curso de validez, a mi nombre y con fondos más que suficientes. La motivación ha sido que estaban emitidas por unas entidades bancarias que no respondian a los requisitos de Differental sin precisar el porque. Dos de las 3 tarjetas de credito eran del Banco Ing, y la tercera de un Banco Ingles. No me han tampoco devuelto el prepago y ahora estoy en un proceso de reclamación que a ver cuanto va a durar. Una autentica estafa, son unos impresentables no los recomiendo para nada.

Ho avuto dei problemi per noleggio auto tramite EasyJet e Devo ringraziare lo staff e specialmente Luigi che mi ha aiutato a trovare una soluzione in tempi brevi e in modo molto professionale. La prossima volta il noleggio lo faro’ direttamente con loro e non piu’ affidandomi alle compagnie aeree che non sono molto chiare nei termini e policy del noleggio. Grazie mille

Worst experience we’ve ever had renting a car — avoid at all costs.
After completing a full reservation, we were denied the car at the counter for two reasons that were never clearly communicated at booking:
1. Our credit card was a combined credit/debit card, which they refused — despite it being a widely accepted Visa/Mastercard credit card.
2. They claimed our driving licence had to match the nationality of our ID. We are Italian citizens travelling on Italian passports, but we live in Denmark and hold a valid EU driving licence issued there. This is a perfectly legal document across the entire European Union — and their own staff couldn’t apply the rule consistently.
Neither of these conditions is stated clearly at the time of booking. They are buried in the small print of the voucher you only receive after paying — making it impossible to prepare in advance.
We travel frequently and rent cars internationally all the time. We have never been turned away like this. The staff showed zero flexibility or willingness to help find a solution, leaving us stranded.
Save yourself the stress — book elsewhere.

Very poor experience
They forced us to pay full insurance 750€ for one week, just because we didnt have 2 different credit cards for a desposit.
The car mainted not well, they didnt replace car oil, and they counldnt help us , so we had to take it for private garage and fix it by ourself

BE VERY CAREFUL. We have used rental companies in almost every continent and in Italy for over 30 years. This is the worst. Exorbitant fees, hundreds of euros taken from credit cards after returning the vehicle in perfect condition (confirmed by their own staff), cars that break down (we had to change cars three times). A deeply untrustworthy place to rent a car. 6 months after the rental still dealing with their nonsense.

ils nous ont facture 190 euro en plus pour 2 jour car l'agence demandait une carte de credit( que j'ai pour la caution) mais chez eux avec la double anotation carte de credit ( devant et derriere). La mienne avait carte de credit devant et debit derriere , ils m'ont dit que c'etait consideré comme debit. Je voyage toute l'année et loue des voitures partout en Europe avec cette meme carte je n'ai jamais eu de probleme de ce genre
Autre arnaque sur google , l'agence de l'aerport est sois disante fermé definitivement , ce qui n est absolument pas vrai

Deposit amount was not returned. they cheated me. Besides, after 6 month they deducted fine amount from my card! do not work with this company. awful service, customer service not responding at all.

I had the opportunity to use the rental service at the airport in Venice, and I am fully satisfied. The service was incredibly fast and professional. I would especially like to highlight Angela – her professionalism, smile, and attention to detail, including lending me her personal phone charging cable and noting all the car damage, made the entire experience flawless. I highly recommend this company and especially Angela as an excellent professional.

Aimables, compétents, sympathiques, voitures correctes, je ne comprends pas les avis négatifs, je les ai utilisés à de nombreuses reprises et je n'ai rien à redire, quel que soit l'aspect.

Ich hatte ein Auto über Scheck 24 gebucht. Dazu eine Zusatzversicherung bei der Allianz abgeschlossen, damit auch alles, aber alles abgesichert ist. Im Gebäude, wo die anderen Autovermietung sind, war der Stand nicht besetzt. Ein Hinweis Schild, man möchte bitte ins Parkhaus, Etage 4 kommen. Dort sagte uns der Mitarbeiter, die Versicherung zählt nicht, ich muss eine andere Versicherung abschließen! Kostenpunkt 300€. Für fünf Tage! Nach langer Diskussion dann 270€, dann 210€.
Das 3-fache von der Automiete nochmals drauf! 420€, bzw zuletzt 330€. Unglaublich
Ich habe dankend abgelehnt und bin mit dem Taxi zum Hotel gefahren. Den nächsten Tag haben wir dann bei einer anderen Autovermietung ein Wagen gemietet.

No son nada serios. A través de la plataforma Kayak contraté un coche en esta empresa y un seguro adicional por si tenía algún problema. Cuando llegamos querían que contratásemos otro seguro adicional por valor de 200€ para 4 días porque decían que el que yo había contratado no era de ellos y no se hacían responsables. Me parece fatal que intenten sacarte el dinero. Si no es un seguro válido no lo ofrezcas en la web.
Además el personal es muy frío, muy poco empático y no te trata bien. No volveré a contratar en esta empresa ni en Kayak ni en ningún sitio.

Vorsicht, Betrug, PIN hatte nicht funktioniert. Habe drei andere Möglichkeiten angeboten Geld zu hinterlegen auch mit einer anderen Kreditkarte. Dies wurde abgelehnt, aber ein Auto als Neuerung für das achtfacher anstatt 100 € 800 € sollte ich mieten. EC Karte akzeptiert allerdings für eine Gebühr von knapp 300 € hier wird nur abgezockt diese Firma nicht berücksichtigen auch nicht über Check24, denn da gab es auch kein Geld zurück.

Avoid this rental company at all cost!!! Especially if you reside in the different country and your driving licence issued by the country you live in, but your passport is different. I've made the booking through doyouitaly, when I arrived at the airport (Rome fumicino ) the girl in the office refuse to give me a car.
The reason being, all documents need to be from the same country!
My passport issued in EU and I live in UK, so obviously have full UK driving licence.
The staff wouldn't give their name, the manager wasn't available.
No refund, no apology, they couldn't care less.
Shitty rental company.
We all should get together and boycott companies like this.

Differental Car Rental at Milan Malpensa is extremely poorly organised and stressful.

The rental office is about 3 miles away from the airport, and the only way to get there and back is via their shuttle, which runs sporadically and seemingly whenever they feel like it — at best a few times an hour. On top of that, it is not clearly explained where the shuttle pick-up point is at the airport.

Returning the car was an absolute nightmare. I waited over one hour simply to return my vehicle. The return process is handled by the shuttle driver, not by a proper returns desk, which already tells you how disorganised this operation is.

I arrived first at the return area and was physically first in line, yet I was served last. Customers who returned their cars after me were put on the shuttle before me, and the bus filled up, leaving me behind.

Why? Because after waiting 40 minutes for the shuttle driver to return from the terminal, I politely asked if she was in charge of the returns. She replied rudely “un attimo, signora.” I explained that I had already been waiting for an hour outside the entrance, exactly where her colleague had instructed me to wait after queuing inside for another 40 minutes.

Shortly after, she allowed later customers onto the shuttle and left me behind once the bus was full.

This level of inefficiency, lack of clear communication, and unprofessional attitude is unacceptable — especially when customers are trying to catch flights.

I will never use Differental again and strongly advise others to choose a rental company with an on-airport location and proper customer service.

Assolutamente negativo, quando abbiamo restituito la macchina, si sono inventati che abbiamo fatto un graffio invisibile nel paraurti.
Dove già esisteva un graffio.
Ci hanno addebitato il danno.
