Horrible delivery service!
I can tell a bunch of lazy people work here because how are you so incompetent to not even, firstly, call me or message me? but then I get an automated message saying that the package was “unsuccessfully delivered because they failed to contact me” I NEVER EVEN GOT A CALL?? I have been trying to get the same package since april, its almost the end of june and this crap delivery service keeps on doing the same thing 👏 the ones who are talking bad about GLS and DPD are the ones working there, clearly trying to boost their negative reviews to try and maintain some positive ones, you guys aren’t slick. 😂 Just a terrible service all together, customer service doesn’t even offer you anything besides a headache trying to get in contact with anyone who works there. Think twice before choosing express shipping or you will get stuck with DHL! 🥶

DHL Express failed to deliver my package on time due to a technical issue. To make matters worse, they then left the package at a pick-up point without even attempting delivery to my address. It’s frustrating that other couriers manage to deliver without any problems, but DHL couldn’t.

Awful experience!!

Worst experience ever. A gift was sent to me from Bahrain to Slovenia. Dhl contacted me on 21.2., now 4 emails later (that i answered within hours, except for 1, which i needed a day, since i needed to contact the sender) we are on 1.3. and i still haven't received the shipment. The sender valued the item shipped at 15 dollars and i needed to pay 26 euros worth of customs and duties which is ridiculous and dumb to me.

Bad and very expensive customer service. Extremely disappointed!
Forgot an item in Slovenia, requested someone to drop the item on my behalf at the DHL collection point (44€ charged to send an item smaller than 5x5cm, 200g) and afterwards I received a notification asking me to pay 55£ plus, on top of it. Immediately called customer service which promptly picked up the call and said was passing my complaint to the right department. So far I haven’t heard from them, neither a confirmation email with above. This pm decided to call the same contact and keeps hanging up for unknown reason. Tried WhatsApp option and not available. How do expect me to contact you?!

Mi hanno soddisfatto le varie opzioni che offrono prima di consegnare il pacco per esempio se volevo cambiare data di consegna e dove far consegnare il pacco, e ce ne sono altre. Inoltre ho scelto l'opzione "non richiedere la firma alla consegna".
Sono stati veloci ed efficienti.

credevo con Gls di aver toccato il fondo, ma questi qui di Dhl sono riusciti a superare Gls nel senso negativo

È stata un'esperienza terribilmente negativa. Avevo chiesto una giornata di Smart working per ricevere il pacco.. ma in metà giornata hanno cambiato la data di consegna e adesso mi tocca prendere un altro giorno libero da lavoro.
Nonostante che ho chiamato i servizi clienti non è stato risolto niente!

Servizio pessimo. Mi hanno notificato che, alle 06.14 del mattino non è stato trovato il destinatario. Pacco ritornato in azienda. Ma se il pacco deve essere consegnato ad un negozio, aperto dalle 09.00 alle 12.00 e dalle 14.00 alle 19.00 lo portate alle 06 del mattino e avete coraggio di dire di non avere trovato nessuno? Ma poi davvero alle 06.14 consegnano?

Pessimo servizio, il servizio clienti non da risposte eloquenti e risponde in modo maleducato. Il corriere evita di passare per la consegna dicendo che sei assente senza lasciare neanche il foglietto di tentata consegna , caso strano. Se si chiede immediatamente si risolvere il problema , cioè dopo 30 minuti dalla tentata consegna , ti viene risposto che è impossibile e di accontentarsi.

Oggi dovevo ricevere una consegna e ho lavorato da casa. Poco fa ricevo una email che dice che è stata tenta la consegna ma non c'era in casa nessuno. Nessuno ha citofonato e questa è una bugia. Ho provato a contattarli su whatsapp ma ci sono solo risposte automatiche. Ho chiamato il numero a pagamento e non funziona. Si tratta di prodotti che non possono stare al sole o al calore. Servizio inaccettabile

Servizio pessimo! L’operatrice al telefono maleducata che ti dici 1000 informazioni riguardo alla consegna in meno di 2 secondi e non hai neanche il diritto di chiederle una domanda che alza la voce! Corriere maleducato che suona il citofono 3 volte al secondo, non risponde se gli chiedi qualcosa o se gli dici buongiorno, e ti tira addirittura la scatola di mano (dovevo rimandare indietro un modem guasto e ritirare quello nuovo). Sembra che nessuno voglia fare per bene il proprio lavoro; statevene a casa perché fate solo danni! DHL di male in peggio, vergognatevi!

Ennesima bruta esperienza per gli acquisti Amazon quale purtroppo vengono mandati con la DHL.
Peccato che i clienti Amazon non possono scegliere il corriere.
Bugiardi al massimo. Non si presentano però hanno la faccia per poter dire di essere stati ho di non essere riusciti a trovare l'indirizzo di consegna. Schifosi e basta.

Anche questa volta la mia spedizione è arrivata puntuale e senza problemi. Alla spedizione personale gentile e cordiale.

My collection was cancelled as the courier couldn't make it within the specified window. I was directed to my closest Service Point which was closed, and then couldn't reschedule the collection. I had to call multiple times and I never managed to reschedule as the line would drop during the call and they couldn't help me in the live chat. I paid 48 euros to have an envelope sent, and nevertheless it was such a difficult and frustrating task to arrange.

DHL è il pessimo del pessimo!! Solo i soldi delle spedizioni sono all'altezza!! Le consegne per cui paghi fior di soldi decidono loro quando le fanno..la miseria...

Servizio pessimo, gli interessa solo fare soldi con il numero 199. Mancanza di disponibilità ad aiutare il cliente, intrappolati dai loro sistemi informatici. NEGATIVO - NEGATIVO - NEGATIVO
