Price and cover are good, had to phone four times to get a response after card payment would not go through, their system needs a upgrade on address you keep your bike and where your bank details are sent. No claims proof needs sent to them, Come on they can get it them yourselves with the click of a button.

Good service from Devitt
I found the Devitt online application site easy to use and submitting proof of no claims etc easy to do. Any followup contact has been good. for a first time with this company I've been very pleased.

Easy to use and a good price, nearly 50% less than my current insurer and added in some business use

Rubbish business
Rubbish business! They took virtually all the premium while waiting for proof of NCD which Bikesure would not provide due to a Mulibike policy.
Devitt never confirmed the new policy but still claimed all the payment for admin.
Will NEVER use this scammer again!!!!

Top marks for this company but
Top marks for this company but, it would have been 5 stars if I had not been kept waiting on hold for over 10 minutes just to update my credit card details. Customer time is as precious as Devitt Time?
Once my call had been answered it was very quick which made up for it a bit, full marks to the person who took my call.
