Very patient and very helpful.
Context: I struggle with memory so had to ask the same questions over and over and other insurers have gotten frustrated in the past.
And after I was unable to complete online she got me insured within 25 minutes of being on the phone
Like I say amazing person very respectful and polite.
Price was very reasonable considering points/past claim.
