Exactly as described. Dispatch was a little delayed but here within a week so all good.
Shirt was perfect and Verified as genuine (I checked myself using the QR code on stone Island site)

Shocking service!
Shocking service!
Lied repeatedly regarding dispatch date. Sent two polo shirts listed as 10/10 condition, one was 5/10 at best and the other wasn't even a 1/10!
It's sellers such as these who give the legit second-hand traders a bad name....AVOID!
Edited to add: literally, within minutes of this review going live I received an email from designerclan.com asking me to amend it in return for "a solution that works for you". I'll leave you, the reader, to decide why I wasn't asked that question sooner.
In response to the reply:
I placed my original order on Thursday evening. Your website states that if an order is placed before 11am on Friday it would dispatched that day, that didn't happen.
I sent an email on 26/07 asking if my order had been dispatched , it hadn't been. You stated it would be dispatched on 28/07; it wasn't. I sent a second email on the 28/07 to which you responded the following day telling me it would be dispatched that same day; it wasn't. The parcel was actually dispatched on 30/07 and received by the post office at 17:45, so effectively the 31/07.
You lied repeatedly!
You refunded me £10 for a polo that's a 5/10 at the absolute best that you advertised as a 10/10, not to mention it was supposed to be navy/dark blue not black! The order already contained a black polo, why the hell would I want two?!
You expect me to trust you by asking me to return a blue polo, that is in absolutely disgusting condition, before sending a refund?! Only someone certified as clinically insane would believe you by this point.
You are a disgrace to the second-hand trade.

In your case, we offered a full refund with free return for the item you were unhappy with, and also issued a partial refund for the second item — as requested.
