Ordered stone island shorts 7 days ago and still they haven't arrived they supposed of been on 24 hr delivery.
Royal mail is not showing any tracking information either.

After an extensive wait, which now may be down to Royal Mail, I’m happy to say that the jumper has finally arrived, seems the quality it was rated an happily authenticated.
A bit of a strange first time experience from the company, (communication could’ve been a bit better) but give them the benefit of the doubt and would likely purchase again.

I have had a couple items off them and they have been great to deal with be all account. Very happy with the quality and when one item didn’t fit me right they were good at taking it back and giving a prompt refund. Would recommend

Have used Designer Clan 3 times. Two great condition pieces at a price I was happy with.
3rd time I wasn't happy with the sizing, not only did they sort the return out in speedy time, but checked in for feedback. Nothing wrong with the item, just didnt suit me.
A decent company to deal with.

I won’t be using this company ever…
I won’t be using this company ever again. Made an order on the 26th November and still nothing has arrived. Emailed on seller on several occasions, and no reply. Don’t even know if I can get refund as seller hasn’t provided any tracking information either. I would seriously avoid this company
