They have a really big range of items in stock, which cannot be said of retailers in the UK. The price was really good & they offered extremely fast international shipping, free of charge. Even after paying import VAT, the item was cheaper than trying to source it through a UK retailer. They included some adorable fridge magnets

It's the second time I order I table and arrives in two deliveries. The first one the day after the order the other one 2 or 3 days later... And this one of the legs arrived defective.

Following our recent phone conversation, I understand you were satisfied with our service, but not with the service from DHL Express. We exclusively work with them due to their excellent delivery service, and we also pay extra to avoid partial deliveries. I’m sorry to hear that this has happened.

Disappointing at first, but resolved
The book arrived with a line of ballpoint pen on the cover. As it was intended as a gift, this was obviously a problem. And yet when you pay €24 for postage you should be able to expect things to be done properly...
In the end, the sales department agreed to send a second book, which turned out to be in good condition.
The incident is therefore closed.

Very quick handling of the order and delivery the next day. The chair is great and arrived in excellent condition. However, a bit of help from the delivery person would have appreciated considering the price we paid; my wife had to get the parcel upstairs with a baby in one hand…
