First time order. Prompt delivery. Good packaging. Very satisfied.

The shipment was quick but I wrote to customer service notifying them that it is a birthday gift and asked to be sent a new item in a box which was not broken or damaged. Customer service did not respond and it arrived in a damaged and broken box (not due to shipping, packed like this in the shipping box which was not damaged) and as it is a vase will be stored in the box. I feel embarrassed to give a broken damaged box as a gift. I am not happy.

I was thrilled to find this store was one of the only left to sell the chairs I was hoping to purchase. My chairs arrived to the States in perfect condition in excellent time. The company was easy to contact and helpful. I couldn’t be happier with my Nychairs and ottomans. They are so lovely.

Ik kocht de "Hang it All" van Vitra en mijn ervaring was over het algemeen behoorlijk positief. Het product kwam in perfecte staat aan, met de juiste verpakking en alle bijbehorende documenten, precies zoals ik had verwacht. Bovendien werd de levering binnen de beloofde termijn uitgevoerd, wat altijd een pluspunt is.

Het enige nadeel was de verwarring rond de bezorgservice. Ik kreeg een bericht waarin stond dat de levering zou gebeuren via een bepaald transportbedrijf, maar de volgende dag werd me verteld dat het via een ander bedrijf zou zijn. Dit veroorzaakte wat onzekerheid, dus besloot ik contact op te nemen met de klantenservice via de chat. Ze waren vriendelijk en verzekerden me dat het pakket door het eerste bedrijf was verzonden, maar vroegen me een e-mail te sturen met de details van de verwarring. Hoewel het probleem werd opgelost, heb ik geen verdere uitleg ontvangen over de wijziging van het bedrijf, wat me een beetje teleurstelde.

Desondanks was de aankoop succesvol en is het product uitstekend. Ik geef 4 sterren uit 5, omdat hoewel de service over het algemeen goed was, de communicatie en het opvolgen van het probleem wat verbeterd kan worden.

The product fairly meets the expectations, it arrived swiftly and packaged in two boxes (top and legs) in good condition. However, considering the value of the table, more information should have been provided before the purchase and with the purchase. The table top is an agglomerate panel with embellished corners, a specification that is not mentioned in the description. The fact it is shipped in two different boxes (two different products) makes that the varnish slightly differ from table top to legs. In addition, the table needs to be assembled by the buyer, which doesn't require particular skills other than screwing and hammering, but neither instructions nor a manual for maintenance and right use were provided, nor a simple indication to find them online, where they effectively are. These details leave a sense of sketchy purchase, only acceptable provided that the sales price made the table affordable. In other words, the full price for this table is not worth it. One has the sense that Artek invests more in marketing than in the product itself, making it pricey instead of affordable, and therefore defeating Aalto's original purpose.

Fantastic experience, fast and free shipping to the UK, items in stock that are normally long wait time most places. Only regret is not buying a second chair while a price promotion was on, but overall excellent.
