I had originally been a customer of Denplan for over 25years and I was very well cared for with my Dentist of over 45 years under Denplan. I relocated to Scotland in 2021 and could not find a Denplan Dentist. My care was then under the NHS, I cancelled my contract with Denplan that year. Big mistake, my care needs suffered, I deeply regretted cancelling my denplan contract. I am now back with Denplan in England and I’m extremely happy as they really care. I now have no worries, great care, affordable care, very professional care, and a service that is second to none. After receiving many years under Denplan care, I fully recommend Denplan you won’t ever be disappointed. You will never have to worry about your Dental health and needs. In my opinion it’s a great service with great Benefits and great Dentists.

I just rang up because I’m on the plan but my son who is on the NHS isn’t on the plan I rang to speak to someone so that they can explain how my son can be added or if there are any alternatives but I was put through an automated robot who couldn’t even sort out my problem … this is very annoying because I don’t want to speak to a robot I want to speak to a real person who could sort out my problem .

I was on holiday in Suffolk when I started getting pain and discomfort in my lower left jaw, I contacted Denplan at 9:25 am on Monday morning and an appointment was arranged for me at 3:00 pm that day at a nearby Dentist.
Problem was soon identified and treated.

I had an emergency treatment abroad. After couple of weeks and following directions from the super nice team I had my bills reimbursed! Great insurance with super helpful customer service experts!

Great response. Developed an abscess 500 miles from home. Emergency helpline very effective, within 2 hours James had found me a suitable appointment for early the following day. All promises to return calls by an appointed time were kept. The dentist I saw was great.
Submitting the claim online was easy. Can’t comment on payment just yet as I’ve only just submitted.

Excellent service, whilst on holiday I needed an emergency appointment and Denplan arranged one within 2 hours with a very kind caring approach. The dentist was brilliant sorted out my issues without any fuss so would highly recommend using the emergency service if needed.

Being totalling frustrated with the way my claim had been dealt with, I was pleasantly surprised when speaking to Elle today. Absolutely understood my frustrations, resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. An asset to Denplan.
Denplan need to remember that people don’t claim every day and when it’s an injury claim I did not realise that I had to tell the dentist to write the date and cause of injury in his notes in order for me to claim. That has left me out of pocket by £500.
However, Elle did help me get to a resolution on the call and I definitely feel happier. Thank you Elle.

The call was answered and dealt with very quickly . I was over 40 miles from home and needed emergency dental treatment for a large filling which had broken and got dislodged. The assistant was sympathetic and got me an emergency appointment very close to where I was staying.

Emergency dental treatment needed on a bank holiday Sunday. Dentist rand back within a couple of hours, work carried out on Sunday evening. Claim process very straightforward and settled within 10 days. Great service. Great repair. Very pleased to have Denplan emergency cover.
