Absolutely awful company AVOID! SCAM SCAM SCAM
Absolutely awful company avoid at all costs. Extremely expensive for what it is and they were “unable to locate item” despite the fact that I had confirmed with the hotel before and after paying deliverback to collect it. I sent screenshots and proof that it was in the lobby waiting for collection and they still said they couldn’t get through to the hotel. They can’t have tried at all because the hotel replied to my emails instantly and answered the phone every time I rang.
Deliverback are now ignoring me as I’m asking for a refund because I have found another company that managed to confirm and collect my item on the same day!
Absolutely awful company all round to deal with AVOID AVOID AVOID.
Excellent service and brought our toy cat safely home
We left a small but cherished toy cat in a hotel in Heraklion, Crete. Only realised on return to the UK. Deliverback was our salvation. Easy to use, they located our toy cat and delivered him home safely. We were kept fully informed, tracked him across Europe and all anxious emails were responded to rapidly. Definitely recommend this service.
Took my money and did nothing
Took my money and did nothing did not reply to ŵebsite or email to three addresses or to WhatsApp messages. I paid extra for expedited service as well.
Edit: the website finally worked today and they are refunding my money and only said that they could not provide service in Mexico City but no correspondence to let me know. Still very disappointed but it appears that they will refund me my money.
Lost MacBook in Zakynthos Airport

Lost my wallet in Crete
Lost my wallet in the rental car when I dropped off the car at the rental place in Crete before boarding the plane. Didnt realize it until I got to Athens. Was told that the rental car company found it and I just needed a courier to pickup and deliver it to me. Found Deliverback and thought to give it a try. Paid for the service, and it was not cheap. They responded to a few of my emails and told me they were sending someone. After a week I contact them and was told it was delayed because of availability of someone to go out and was told the next day they had someone going out. 2 weeks later the item was still not picked up and I haven't heard back from Deliver Back. I contact Avis and they said nobody came for it. Will habe to dispute the payment but be aware. No real communication unless I reach out and still doesn't seem anyone is working it. Be cautious when using.

I received my headphone a few days later. The reason i gave 3 stars is because i paid for extra protection package and the headphone was literally in an envelop, and got scratched.

DeliverBack are Miracle Workers. I left my hat at a hotel in Rome and neither the hotel or my tour company were very accommodating in helping me get it back. The hotel said I had to hire a courier service as they would not mail it to me. My tour company told me to contact UPS, DHL, or FedEx to arrange for a courier service. I went to UPS and DHL which didn't really know how to help me with the VATs etc in Italy. Luckily my husband started Googling how to get lost items back from Italy. DeliverBack popped up and the rest is history. And to tell you the truth, the hat wasn't really that important, but the bling on it was VERY sentimental to me. I had a broach on there from my deceased Italian Grandmother, which is the only thing I had from her. In no time DeliverBack was able to retrieve my hat and had it shipped back to the United States, no problem. I will be forever grateful.

Handy wieder da, aber…
Ich habe mein Handy am Flughafen Korfu Ende April verloren. Die gute Nachricht: ich habe es zurückerhalten - aber es hat ewig gedauert, rd 6 Wochen.
Dabei wurde mir bereits 2 Tage nach Verlust zugesichert, dass sie es gefunden haben, nur noch den Versand bezahlt werden müsse und ich es dann schnellstmöglich zurück bekomme. Gesagt, getan. Anschließend hat sich Deliverback 2 Wochen erstmal gar nicht mehr gemeldet. Meine Mails mit Nachfragen wurden ignoriert. Nachdem ich erneut über alle möglichen Wege Kontakt (Chat, Anrufe, Mails) aufgenommen habe, erhielt ich wieder die Antwort, dass man sich schnellstmöglich kümmern würde - ich solle mich gedulden. Weitere 2 Wochen später habe ich mit rechtlichen Schritten gedroht und endlich ist was passiert.
Ja das Handy ist wieder da, aber diese 6 Wochen waren einfach nur nervig und anstrengend. Ich bin nicht sicher, ob sie das Handy wirklich zurückgeschickt hätten, wenn ich nicht so einen Druck aufgebaut hätte.

The company did what I paid for..
I was unable to begin the process as the Hotel where I left the item was not on their database and there was no way of adding it.
I had to wait for them to come back to me. When they eventually did I paid the fee...not cheap, I did get my shirt back the following week, the disappointing part was there was no feedback / information regarding the progress of the shipment. I only found out that the item had been collected because the hotel staff were kind enough to let me know. Even a tracking facility would have been helpful
Excellent service
Excellent service. Particularly good at providing updates through shipper DHL. Even took the trouble to check all was well after my leather jacket had been delivered back to me from Athens.

Airpods in Italy
My son left his airpods in Italy and we were finding it difficult to navigate getting them back. I then came across Deliverback and they were amazing! They dealt with the hotel (which was not listed on their website) and organised everything. One happy son reunited!
Service cancelled but still no refund after more than a month
I had a very disappointing experience with Deliverback.
After submitting a lost item through their system, I was informed that they couldn’t locate my product and that the service was therefore cancelled. While I understood the situation, I requested a refund — which should have been a straightforward process.
However, despite receiving a message over a month ago saying my request had been forwarded to their accounting department, I have yet to receive any refund or meaningful update. I’ve followed up several times, but the communication has been vague and unresponsive.

A complete wage of money - AVOID!!!
We recently left an item on a flight from London to Kos. I contacted Deliverback, paid the up front fee (always suspicious!) but after 10 days they still could not locate our item. In the meantime our hotel simply called the airport who had found our item and had it sent direct to our hotel. Why Deliverback failed to do this most basic
action I have no idea. The Deliverback service was hopeless, a complete waste of money and I would definitely not recommend them. AVOID!!!
